Stayed for a couple of nights. The main highlight was the staff, who were friendly and helpful - sorting out any requests quickly. The location is also pretty decent, in the centre of Mendoza - although it's at the 'wrong' end for visiting the restaurants on Aristides. In the room, the bed was extremely comfortable and we could see the Andes. It was also clean - one of the most important things! However, the room was otherwise quite tired and lacking in facilities (no kettle / coffee maker/cups etc, no ironing board). The TV was extremely old and small with ancient connections. The decor is similarly a bit dated The breakfast was also the worst of our 3-week South American trip in terms of quality (e.g watery orange juice, dry pastries), which was quite disappointing. Again however all breakfast staff were really attentive, quick to bring coffee etc

首先,我要強調酒店所有員工,無論是接待還是早餐都非常好,而且總是可以在任何主題或諮詢下獲得。酒店是大型的,很有優美的位置,在獨立廣場的迴歸,附近有許多地方吃飯。改善 ,至少我的房間 , 很小 , 室很, 不舒服, 沒有肥, 只是給不舒服的和不好吃的, 使用後有很大的氣, 室很小, 沒有比特,這個主題非常, wifi在房間裏不好,早餐正常,可接受。

Tuve una hermosa estadía, desde los chicos de recepción que son muy amables y ayentos, hasta la paz que hay en ese lugar. Me encantó el desayuno, es super completo. La habitación siempre impecable y con olor a limpio. Precioso el patio. Me encantó la ubicación, es cerca de todo!

We spent three nights here as part of a 16 night tour of Argentina and Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to restaurants. We had a standard room which was on the small side with not much natural light but was very clean and perfectly adequate for a short break. One small negative is that due to the bathroom configuration it is quite difficult to exit the shower, I nearly slipped on more than one occasion. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but the buffet breakfast was excellent with a large and varied selection. All staff were extremely friendly but we would in particular like to mention Leandro who gave us several good recommendations of where to eat.

La estadía en el Apart Hotel fue muy agradable, nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento, el servicio del personal es muy bueno, y la ubicación es genial, cerca de lugares donde comer, de bares, y donde hacer alguna compra. El personal nos brindó una buena comunicación previa llegada, y una guía adecuada de la ciudad. Disfrutamos de la Vendimia de la mejor manera posible.

El personal del hotel es súper amable y servicial en todo momento. La asistencia médica con la que cuentan es súper rápida comparada con la de la asistencia al viajero que teníamos. Pagamos el late check out y como nos adelantaron el vuelo nos devolvieron el importe sin problema. El hotel se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, el desayuno es abundante y fresco. Las habitaciones están súper limpias y son cómodas. Las toallas se encuentran en perfectas condiciones al igual que la ropa de cama, solo sus almohadas no son lo mejor pero el resto es todo excelente.

I used to stay here when it wss no more than $100 or so a night. It was a decent option, a bit tired the facilities but OK overall. Now in 2024 they charge $300 and up to $400 a night for a room that's not worth anywhere near that. In Europe this hotel would sell for about 100 to 150 Euro night in most cities , not sure in Argentina one of the poorest countries in the world, they charge this kind of money.

The staff here are amazing. Everyone on the front desk were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel special. We will never forget the level of service that we received. The breakfast buffet was great! Only wish the restaurant was open again. The pool area is nice, and it’s a 15 minute walk to Plaza Independecia, with the main restaurant areas close by to go to. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we will stay there again on our next trip!👍👍👍👍👍

你就在商場開始的地方,在赫拉斯街,在酒吧區的七個街區,晚上去喝點東西或吃晚飯,阿里斯蒂斯街,然後在聖馬丁公園門口的三街。你可以走路或使用公共交通,他們穿過酒店的角落,或者是乘出租車,或者你可以使用Uber,我不會給他5分,因爲晚上跟男孩走路不行。

A centrally located hotel with large rooms and bathroom. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would not recommend for dinner as we were the only ones so it is probably that everything we ordered was thawed immediately prior to cooking it. Breakfast is very good.

O Ibis tem sido nossa opção de hospedagem dentro e fora do Brasil e nunca nos decepcionou. Melhor custo benefício. Mas, este Ibis de Mendoza está totalmente fora do padrão por 2 motivos: - Ar condicionado não gela absolutamente nada. - Há um problema sério com as válvulas de descarga dos vasos sanitários que as vezes funciona, outras não. Além do cheiro ruim de retorno de esgoto no banheiro. Um detalhe, isso não aconteceu só no nosso quarto, os 2 quartos que alugamos tinham o mesmo problema. Não volto a me hospedar nesta unidade e agora ficamos com medo de ter surpresas desagradáveis em outras unidades da rede.
