整體來說很紮實，但有點簡陋。
房間裡沒有拖鞋、長袍或水。 感覺就像只有兩個電視遙控器和一個空的酒吧冰箱。 浴室設施也很基本。
位置去機場和其他地方都很方便，但酒店本身周圍不多。
早餐很美味，但場面很忙。 東西總是用完，煎蛋捲生產線很慢，桌子大多不乾淨，也沒有餐具。
這可能聽起來很糟糕，但還算令人滿意

这是一家 3.5/4 星级酒店。对于这个品牌，我期待更高水平的服务和更好的设施。我们卧室的窗户脏得几乎看不到外面，有些地方需要TLC，有些家具需要更换。房间里的照明不方便（要么完全明亮，要么完全黑暗，没有介于两者之间）。遥控器不知何故无法控制电视（只有电视盒）。他们觉得有必要叫醒我们，提醒我们需要在中午之前结账（我觉得这很便宜、粗鲁和不必要）。我带着更高的期望来了，不幸的是，我很失望。优点：良好的床上用品+友好的工作人员。

卡塔赫納洲際大陸的客房都很舒適,房間很寬,很優雅,很乾淨,有和舒適的牀,人事很,很心。酒店是爲活動設計的,有一間巨大的活動室和現代會議室。人們注意到他們在所有細節中都照顧安全。最好的:從高樓到海灘的景色和令人印象深刻的游泳池。餐廳很棒,服務很不錯,我喜歡的細節是房間裏的藍牙音器,從手機上放音樂,這使得客房更舒服。

酒店地理位置優越，海岸線一帶，距離世界文化遺產的老城區15分鐘步行距離。訂了海景房，入住時給了高樓層，景觀無敵。酒店有三個泳池，日落時喝杯小酒邊游泳邊賞景非常愜意。酒店早餐豐富，10點后也有很多住客用餐，喜歡睡懶覺的不必擔心錯過早餐時間。衛生間很大，沐浴系列為哥倫比亞本土有機品牌，香味怡人。攜程價格非常優惠，比booking便宜很多，入住了三晚，非常愉快！強烈推薦！

The hotel staff and breakfast were excellent at all times. Our room had an issue with the bathroom faucet which was temporarily fixed. Close to the beach and the rooftop pool has all day sun and was quiet during our stay. Would recommend for a night or two if visiting the nearby old town or islands.

匿匿名用戶The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

訪訪客I've been @ Santuario much longer than planned due to some health issue. So, I had the time to highly appreciate not only the hostel itself, the great vibe and atmosphere, the fantastic beds setup where you have plenty of space (!) plus an unusual total privacy, like you have a mini room inside a room, but especially the people: staff is great and really cares the guest, while sick I had a family like surveillance, especially Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (cleaning & kitchen) and Jose (maintenance) never missed supporting me and asking genuinely interested how I was feeling doing their best to help. In a difficult moment, I was in the right place, thanks them! One only thing disturbing me was, the aircon management: ok it was on only evening and night, quite usual, problem was a person feeling cold was enough to shut down the aircon for everyone... and it was hot then... i love freezing, ok, but a correct balance would be the best, suggesting who's cold to wear a t-shirt should work, and others won't sweat ;-)

WWilliam絕對夢幻。這是一個安靜的小度假村,可能有14個房間。距離卡塔赫納市有1.5小時。有點令人痛心的車程,但絕對值得一遊。一旦進入大門,它就美麗而寧靜。巴厘島類型風格。不是一個五星級的度假村,但他們做得很好。工作人員很好,所以如果你需要什麼,你有個人來幫助你。非常安靜。沒有電話,沒有電視在房間裏。房間寬敞,私人,非常舒適。主區兩側的兩個小海灘。所有露天接待,餐廳。一家餐廳iwth 2級。食物實際上很棒。我們在哥倫比亞吃過最好的食物。我們在那裏住了三個晚上,絕對喜歡它。很多一日遊者,人們從卡塔赫納乘船進來,在度假村度過一天。很好。一定會回來的。感謝洛迪,他照顧了我們的家庭。特殊的地方。

SShijielvxiangjiaEricCasa Santa Clara：雅高旗下的索菲特傳奇。也是城裡三家奢牌和當中規模最大的。圖中是花園，也是住進來歷史遺跡裏，可以在葱鬱的熱帶植物掩映，和斑駁的立柱古牆邊吃早餐，很妙！我這次也很感謝網友的推薦，也是雅高會員，所以就選了它。服務是預想的熱情老練，而且它是我第一家遇到的歡迎禮品送—一大袋哥倫比亞咖啡粉的酒店！感覺很用心！另外，好多人在卡塔赫納結婚呀，在這家也遇到盛裝出席的家族 見最後一張圖 哈哈哈

SSamyFunk如此溫馨可愛的地方🥰。在我的預訂中又增加了一晚,因爲喜歡我在那家酒店感受到的和諧與和平。早餐很棒200/10 🤩。水果品種豐富,健康和當地美食。非常感謝安德烈如此禮貌和迷人的傢伙,他幫助了我一切;以及如此專業的豪爾赫,阿爾弗雷多和廚房的女孩,謝謝你的美味的食物。屋頂是一個夢想,但不幸的是沒有(穩定的)酒吧招待享受飲料。遺憾的是,總經理不專業和不友善,必須改善他的專業關係,以推動這一類別的酒店良好的管理。
我很想在下次卡塔赫納之旅中回去。
建議:如果不容忍噪音,不要預訂街道旁邊的房間。

訪訪客All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light.
There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean.
The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette.
The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe
Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

訪訪客住在這裏真的是太棒了,從熱情好客到房間的舒適,我感覺賓至如歸,安全快樂。提供的食物很好吃,我推薦蝦麪食。前後的水域提供了美麗的海天一景。能夠享受這個島嶼,遇到社區和美麗的多樣性自然,我感到有福了。前面游泳太有趣了,所有的活動都是必須的!(Playa libre,oceonario,浮游生物..)此外,在甲板上晚上看到星星很漂亮。我推薦!只要確保你帶驅蟲劑和水鞋。
