很遺,在這樣一個酒店,你無法享受像一個好所那樣的基本服務,在溫裏,你只能選擇熱水和/或燃燒,而且不能選擇溫或冷。我們早晨警告說它不起作用,他們告訴我們他們會注意到它,但下午它仍然不起作用,我們又發出了另一次警告,他們告訴我們,沒有人能再來一次。他們不僅沒有解決這個問題,還沒有提供其他解決方案,比如換房,第二天我們就不直接洗,當然可以推零和零前活動,面對一個基本問題。

This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

挺大氣的酒店，建築是古羅馬競技場的外型，房間大而舒服，早餐不錯，位置離羅馬橋幾百米，雖然衹住一晚，印象深刻

Amazingly newly renovated rooms and facilities. Great location and an easy drive into town.

酒店裝修切合當地的特色，很有羅馬的感覺。位置相當好，步行去城堡和羅馬橋很近，去博物館和羅馬劇院也不遠。入住期間唯一覺得不好的是酒店安排的房間相當於沒有窗户，雖然房型、面積都不錯，窗户無法打開透氣是硬傷，大大降低住宿的舒適度。房間在3樓，窗户外面是三樓半的一個公共空間，肯定是不能開窗透氣的。 仔細想一下，這個缺陷應該和訂房平台有關係，攜程在境外的影響力有限，分到好房間的概率比較低，外加估計平台壓價厲害，酒店衹能不動聲色地把這種房間分給平台的客人。而且在歐洲，按照當地效率，一旦入住後換房間是幾乎不可能的，我是晚上才發現這個問題，衹好忍了兩夜。這趟三個月的旅行接近尾聲，沒有想到在梅里達這麼有特色的酒店住了一個不能開窗透氣的房間，非常遺憾！ 附上圖片顯示窗户的房間圖片。

Very basic accommodations at a reasonable price. I paid $40 USD 20 minutes before I checked in. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station but there are not many hotels close to the train station so that is not really an option. The room is good for the price as the bed is comfortable.

El personal tanto en recepción como en Restauración han dado muestras de profesionalidad y además han sido atentos y cordiales.

這個深山裡的幽靜小鎮居然也有國營城堡酒店，實在是太棒了！ 一如既往酒店位於古建築裏，毗鄰大名鼎鼎的修道院，建築裝修風格也和修道院一體，非常有穆德哈爾的調調。可惜中庭花園在裝修，否則住宿體驗會更好。雖然去房間不容易，要轉一個電梯，還有幾節樓梯，但是非常值得！有一個大陽台，暢享穆德哈爾風格的修道院建築！一個值得再來體驗的酒店和小鎮！
