L'hôtel est vieillissant, loin d'être impeccable et des équipements obsolètes....La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme que si on bouge le lit, moisissures sur le rebord de fenêtre car pas de ventilation, radiateur grille-pain posé à même le sol, joints de douches noircis, vis manquantes sur le lit mezzanine (inquiétant)...

It is a suitable hotel for a brief stay if you have an early morning flight to catch from Toulouse Airport - about a 15-minute walk from the terminal. The rooms are small but totally appropriate for a few hours sleep.

Located right in the center of everything. Great access to activities and sights. Could not ask for a better location. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! Decent room. I would stay here again, except for one thing. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning was turned off for the season, which meant a hot room with poor sleep. And poor sleep is not a desirable feature in a hotel room! While the windows did open, being in a room on Floor 1 along rue Romiguières means keeping the window open isn't a real option, as the constant roar of scooters (which is completely absorbed when the windows are closed) prevented that. SO I would stay there again but would call first to see if they have the AC turned off. If it is, I will stay elsewhere.

Room was good for a sleep only. Bathroom was also average. It was clean but all the curtains were missing. The heating was much to warm by arrival and couldn't cooling down. The lock***** for the window wasn't attached.

Everything was very good, the room, the staff, the price. The only unpleasant part was that we were informed only after we did the check-in that we need to pay a 200 euro deposit by credit card. It was only luck that I had this amount available on one of our credit cards.

After having our hotel cancelled at the last minute I had to book the Campanile. I was reluctant but didn’t have any choice. Previously the hotel had been very tired but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room we stayed in had been completely refurbished with new flooring in the bathroom and redecoration in the rest of the room. The hotel staff were really helpful and very friendly. There is only one thing that I would ask and that is for a non slip mat for the bath, otherwise we’ll done Campanile.

Hôtel dont le prix de la chambre affiche 92€ (payée 78€), ce qu il suppose une chambre convenable, tout comme ces homologues du même groupe, Kyriad et Campanile. Or ce fut le désastre. L accueil est déplorable, la réceptionniste d une incompétence et d une insolence sans nom. Elle n a aucun sens du relationnel client et du service client. Notre chambre avait une serviette de toilette sale, nous lui demandons une propre et elle nous répond que c est une tâche de propre et qu elle ne peut rien faire car elle ne connaît pas l’hôtel !!! Après explication quelque peu houleuse, elle ajoute qu une serviette propre nous sera apporter le lendemain matin … une plaisanterie … je lui répond que je réglerai donc la chambre demain après avoir plus ou moins bien dormi. !! C est honteux … Elle daigne enfin nous apporter une serviette propre au bout de 30 minutes … Faisons un petit tour de la chambre. Quelle déconvenue en ouvrant la porte … la chambre doit faire juste 9 mètres carré.. le lit est très bas et pas de quoi poser sa valise ni même accrocher une veste… il doit y avoir 20 cms de chaque côté du lit pour circuler … literie très dure et oreiller minuscule, la réceptionniste n a pas voulu nous en donner 2 autres, alors que de nombreuses chambres étaient libres. La salle de bain doit mesurer 1 mètre carré, c est inconcevable… il est impossible de se mouvoir dans la douche qui ne convient pas du tout à toute personne mesure plus de 1m80 et pesant plus de 90kms quant aux femmes enceintes, elles ne passeront en largeur !!! Sans oublier les nombreux trous dans les murs et la lampe tenue par de scotch… bref … Je joins qq photos …

Booked at Carcassonne... the automated check-in worked well enough to charge the taxe de sejour, but then wouldn't print the room key. No staff answered the door so I had to find an alternative hotel. Even with a photo showing the error, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Avoid Premiere Classe and their sister hotels Campanile and Kyriad -- try Ibis Budget and F1 instead.

這裏的優點是比較便宜，衛生也還可以的，缺點是浴室比較小。整體來說是旅途中住一晚還是可以的，比較經濟實惠。位置是在郊區，離蒙彼利埃市中心10分鐘車程，有停車場，自駕游的話沒問題，否則需要打車。

Great hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance to Comedie and the old town. Recently refurbished by the looks of it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern too! Only downside was that there was no bottled water (although tap water is drinkable) and also limited coffee supplies. Check in was pretty straight forward. There was roadworks outside during our stay but it didn’t bother us as they weren’t on whilst we were sleeping.
