英國西米德蘭茲郡設有酒吧的酒店

可愛的一晚住宿。 飯店真的很忙，正在舉辦大型聚會，但工作人員把我們照顧得很好。 不是對酒店的反映，但他們預訂了出租車來接我們，而出租車公司完全沒用。比預定時間晚了二十分鐘，我們叫了優步，五分鐘後就到了。 總的來說，這是一家很棒的飯店，我們以前住過，並且還會再次入住。

我們非常喜歡在伯明翰萊昂納多皇家酒店的住宿體驗！從我們踏入飯店的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情友善。房間一塵不染，現代時尚，超級舒適——是放鬆度假的完美選擇。飯店位置也十分理想，位於市中心，步行即可到達所有景點。早餐美味可口，選擇豐富。無可挑剔－我們一定會再光臨。這是一家各方面都非常棒的飯店！ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

房間面積很大，並配備了三星級飯店所需的所有基本設施。房間乾淨整潔，與幾年前相比絕對是煥然一新的。可惜的是，房間沒有空調，床也比標準飯店小。浴室淋浴時會漏水。水龍頭需要加點潤滑油，因為抬起有點費力。馬桶沖水需要修理，以便正常沖水。 WiFi 速度很慢，而且斷斷續續。遺憾的是，接待區和建築外觀在這麼多年過去後仍然顯得陳舊不堪。我希望他們能重新粉刷一下，因為它就在公車站旁邊。此外，早餐的食物煮得太老了。培根、嚼勁十足的薯餅看起來像是用廢油炸的，因為它是棕色的，而不是金黃色。黑麵包嘗起來很苦。咖啡也不好喝。我覺得 Britannia 是時候投資改造他們在考文垂市中心的連鎖店了。 .

工作人員很棒, 房間大小還可以,但浴室不好,因爲洗澡的時候水會濺出來,幾乎從浴室流出來。入住期間空調不工作,夏天了!🥵

今次入住體驗非常差。房間冷氣壞咗，換咗兩次房依然壞，酒店最後只係俾把風扇敷衍了事，冇任何賠償。房間連基本設施都不足，牙刷、風筒同放行李架都冇。訂咗早餐但選擇非常少，第二日咖啡機仲壞咗，要排長隊。酒店仲宣傳有「私人停車場」，其實只係合作嘅 NCP 停車場，而且位置冇講清楚，旁邊又有另一個同樣係 NCP 嘅停車場，好容易入錯，結果要白白多俾一次停車費。整體服務混亂又不負責任，完全不值呢個價錢。

第一次住B&B感受很好，火車站近市中心也近，周邊環境很方便.特別是離Moor station 也便捷，去莎翁故居在此坐火車，別走錯嘍.大型商場設計感很棒！ 如果還需要了解更多伯明瀚，移步查看👀

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were simply amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well looked after. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was greeted with a warm smile that immediately set the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The layout was thoughtful, with everything I needed right at hand — from charging points to great lighting and a well-designed workspace. The bathroom was immaculate and felt almost brand new, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries provided. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Snow Hill Station and the city centre, which made exploring Birmingham so convenient. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, so I was able to completely relax after a busy day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and professional. The communal areas are bright, clean, and inviting — you can tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything to a high standard. Every interaction I had, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely pleasant and left me impressed by how well the team works together to deliver a top-notch guest experience. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the dining area looked lovely and well organized, with plenty of seating and a calm, friendly vibe. I could easily see why so many guests enjoy it. In every way, the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill went above and beyond. The combination of excellent service, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location make it one of the best value stays in Birmingham. I left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Location is great loads of shops close by. Rooms are a bit outdated , water was not hot in the shower and had no pressure at all enough towels though but did not make a difference with cold water in winter. Room was not getting warm through the night despite putting the temp up to 31. Staff are lovely and the breakfast is a decent one. Good for an overnight stay

房間大，設施好，位置好。距離伯明翰新街火車站步行10分鐘左右，距市中心各景點也是步行🚶♀️距離非常方便。酒店本身是個老建築，大堂吧和餐廳裝飾得很有英式情調。房間乾淨，衞生間也大，步入式淋浴房寬敞痛快。配有熱水壺、迎賓礦泉水、膠囊咖啡和咖啡機、巧克力棒。早餐也不錯。碰巧第二天有大型演出，一些樂隊明星也住在這裏應該是伯明翰最好的酒店之一。
