在這裡住得非常愉快，工作人員都很友善。飯店也很乾淨。強烈推薦這家位於北幹巴魯市中心的飯店。

房間很乾淨,設施很好。(房間不是舊房型,缺乏維護)。服務工作人員也很友好。該位置非常具有戰略意義,因爲它位於城市中心,並且非常靠近港口,購物中心和美食場所。 我沒有後悔選擇這家客棧,因爲它剛好在從應用程序獲得促銷價

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Overall Oke semua pelayanan dan kebersihan... Tapi AC nya seperti tidak berfungsi, kamarnya panas. Lebih dingin di lorong dan Lobby daripada di kamar.

應該是本地比較好的酒店了 本地吃的吃不慣 天天早上吃方便麪 設施很齊全 有泳池但是沒去 服務態度很好 挺好的不錯

酒店位於SKA購物中心和Living World附近,步行約15分鐘。工作人員很友好和包容。入住過程很快,他們允許提前入住。房間一塵不染,景色不錯(需要要求更高的樓層),水壓很好,空調足夠涼爽,牀很舒服。早餐提供很多品種,過得去。唯一的缺點是退房過程花了這麼長時間。希望他們改進退房流程,使其快速方便。總的來說,不錯的住宿。

Pelayanan sangat memuasakan. Pegawainya ramah-ramah. Menu breakfast nya banyak dan enak. Kamar bersih dan strategis dekat dengan mall. Saya akan kembali lagi jika ada perjalanan ke Pekanbaru lagi. 🙂
