It was great stay, we stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast is really good and has variety. In other restaurants too the food quality stands out. Staff also are friendly and well behaved.

One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.
訪訪客We had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!!

The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.
訪訪客Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while).
Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.
訪訪客Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.
