整體非常好餐廳設計很漂亮，酒店對面就是eataly很好逛。我是帶狗狗去的酒店給小狗提供了睡覺的墊子和狗碗，但是這個狗碗臟的沒法用，除此之外很推薦

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

房間什麼的呢就一般般啦，衞生也是一般般，服務談不上差，前台還不錯，就是餐廳服務員和服務太慢，早餐和晚餐差不多就這樣，很一般。 唯一比較好的，就是站在樓上能看到一些美好的風景，這點就很不錯了

La dame à l'accueil à notre arrivée etait très accueillante, de même que la serveuse au repas et petit déjeuner. Personnes très souriantes. Belle salle de restaurant. Repas copieux. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Seul petit bémol, la discrétion des personnes dans les chambres. Les murs ne doivent pas être épais. Nous entendons l'ouverture ou fermeture du volet dans les chambres voisines.

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.
