摩洛哥馬拉喀什-薩菲大區設有酒吧的酒店

入住當天，很晚才到，說要一個安靜的房間，就給我送到了最裡面的一個角落，進門一看窗帘都拉不嚴，感覺更加不好了，就要求換房間。還好換房間還算處理的挺快，但是換的是樓下的房間，因為有二樓陽台的遮擋，所以採光一點都不好。吃的三餐因為早餐十點結束，所以一天都沒吃到，午餐晚餐大同小異，也沒什麼吃的，除了烤魚，一點海鮮都沒見到，圖片都是騙人的。玩的地方還算挺多，但另一個帶滑梯的泳池水是涼的，所以也衹能是擺看。

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, nice environment, good breakfast, balcony with a view

非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

飯店位於舊城區，地理位置優越，步行即可到達許多景點。飯店對面有一家很棒的紀念品商店（價格比市場略高，而且是固定價格，但品質更好，對於不喜歡討價還價的人來說，在東方風格中購物更愜意）。飯店本身很漂亮，地道的風格，同時也配備了空調和沐浴露。飯店一樓提供一流的土耳其浴室和按摩服務。屋頂上有一個小型溫水泳池和一個帶躺椅的露台！唯一的缺點是早餐！種類極其有限！和歐洲早餐一樣：一張煎餅、一個煎蛋捲、一杯柳橙汁（沒錯，是鮮榨的）、一個可以沖泡兩小杯100毫升茶的小茶壺和一個可以沖泡等量咖啡的咖啡壺、一杯50毫升酸奶，簡直是小菜一碟。所有東西都是單點的！所有東西都很小！不過，食物還好！但是他們早餐不能免費提供薄荷茶嗎？ ？ ？還要裝個咖啡機？ ？ ？真的，每種都要100毫升——太荒謬了！ ！ ！對了，杯子裡還有一顆小杏子！也太不可思議了吧！桌上放著一個小盤子，裡面裝著櫻桃、杏子和香蕉！我們是六月初去的，附近的市場有很多水果，價格也不貴！ ！ ！ ！我們本來想自己買的，但是房間不提供餐具，水果洗起來很困難！ ！ ！如果這家美妙的里亞德能改變這兩點（免費茶和至少一點早餐水果），那麼來這家酒店的客人一定會反應很好！ ！ ！ ！總的來說，一切都很好！

入住過程對客服來說不錯,但我的房間體驗太差了,訂的是高級套房,結果定的是普通房,被告知本該在房間的人決定再住一天。網上查的時候發現房間還是可以預定的,第二天要求換到我保留的房間時被告知又訂了,應該排隊查一下令人驚訝的是,同一房間仍然可供預訂。我覺得他們通過以更高的價格預訂套房,然後給他們更便宜的房間來欺騙人們。 夜班船員非常友好,告訴我經理正在旅行。但是,我不明白誰負責管理網站,並確保在可用時發佈正確的房間。我試圖通過電話和電子郵件聯繫他們,但什麼也沒有發生。我希望Trip導遊和酒店對他們的行爲負責,並確保不會發生在其他客戶身上。我本來可以預訂一個與我尋找的相似美學的不同套房,但我甚至無法取消預訂。訂具體房間應該有系統到位,如果房間沒有,客戶應該收到自動退款。他們的工作是弄清楚房間什麼時候有,是什麼樣的房間。此外,房間裏有一堆小玩意,桌子、牆壁和桌子的底部都裂開了。
