Sincerely recommend this hotel, its really clean and everything is just fine. There is a tv to watch u tube, a small balcony facing to the street. Staff is helpful and friendly. Compare to Madrid, I have a great memory in granada. May be the location isn’t the best but there is bus stop at the entrance and cathedral is within walking distance. supermarket is just opposite the hotel.Consider this price I will say this hotel is fantastic!

If you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed.
