西班牙加泰羅尼亞設有早餐的酒店

我要求一間較高樓層、遠離電梯的房間。然而，我被分配到一間位於一樓靠近電梯的房間。走廊的噪音很大，有些深夜可以聽得很清楚。而且你透過窗戶什麼也看不到，因為窗外是一面牆。視野很差，什麼也看不見。 位置很好，靠近Espanya地鐵站。機場班車站也位於飯店外。從飯店步行 1 分鐘即可到達不錯的餐廳。接待員女士和先生都非常好，除了一位戴眼鏡的。客房服務做得很好，而且很乾淨。淋浴水又熱又強勁，這點很好。免費行李寄放。

國慶酒店價格都好高，相對選了一箇中等價位的，沒想到選的剛剛好！地理位置特別好，就在巴特羅之家不遠處，周圍地鐵公交特別便利，從機場坐火車出站（大概30分鐘）走幾步就到酒店了。離shopping區域感恩大道也很近，購物完可以立馬回酒店放下，畢竟巴塞隆拿的小偷有點厲害，住的區域屬於擴展區很安全，晚上也很安心，周圍也有一些很好吃的海鮮飯，tapas店。步行也可以到達哥特區city walk加泰羅尼亞廣場那邊，大概走路十五分鐘吧，晚上看完弗拉明戈表演走回酒店也沒問題。房間有點點小，不過歐洲很多酒店都這樣，挺乾淨的，浴室是頂噴，水流挺大很舒服。

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

來到巴塞隆納每天還要收取6.6歐元城市稅，我住了四天，被多收取了2***歐元，這邊的交通很方便，搭地鐵巴士都很近，到米拉之家及巴特龍之家走路就可以到了，這邊太早到需要行李寄放，是自助式的寄放，幸好有位外國人協助我使用，不然真不知道該怎麼辦？我是寄放24小時，花了7歐元，所以建議不要太早到，這邊地下餐廳有飲水機覺得很好。後來發現冰箱可以存放食物，若住很多天可以買東西自己料理，最後一天發現有重度殘障的人入住多人宿舍。可是他沒有睡在他的床上，而是睡在我旁邊的空地上，他是睡在他的輪椅上面。多人宿舍是沒有窗簾，我整晚都聽他打呼好可怕，要拿行李也很不方便。我只是很懷疑重度殘障的人沒有睡在他的位置上，而是睡在我旁邊的空地上

我去過大約30個國家，住過很多不同的飯店，但我覺得這家飯店的款待堪稱一流。 你真的能感受到所謂的「OMOTENASHI」（以誠待客）精神。 對我來說，這裡比文華東方酒店舒服多了。如果你要來巴塞隆納，這家旅館絕對適合你！它會讓你的旅行體驗加倍滿足♪

位置：就在加泰羅尼亞廣場旁邊，機場大巴A1/A2線終點站步行5分鐘；樓下公交站、地鐵線，可直達各主要景點；巴特羅之家步行5分鐘，老城區（親吻牆、主座教堂）步行10-15分鐘，桂爾公園/聖家堂打車10分鐘、12歐，焦糖山打車20分鐘、15歐，tibidabo打車30分鐘、20歐。人少公共交通、人多打車都很方便。 房間：25平左右，基本設施、洗浴用品齊備，有保險櫃。親子房型會有額外的衣櫃床，面積也會更大一些。酒店有門禁。 服務：比較熱情，會有行李員幫忙提行李，一些小問題反饋後也能及時處理。 不足：有些設施還是有老化現象（410房間淋浴水壓偏小，空調似乎需要電話前台控制）。

我最近住在卡斯特爾德費爾斯的Masd地中海酒店Apartamentos Spa,總的來說,這是一次很棒的體驗。位置非常理想 - 就在海灘對面,享有美麗的海景和寧靜的氛圍,非常適合放鬆度假。該地區感覺安全和安靜,但仍然提供良好的步行距離內餐館和商店。 酒店本身很現代,維護得很好。我住在其中一間公寓,寬敞,乾淨,還配備了小廚房非常適合更長的住宿。牀很舒服,陽台俯大海是亮點。Wi-Fi工作可靠,空調有效且安靜。

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias
