當我們離​​開酒店時，要求提供家政服務。唯一做的就是房間裡放了新的茶包，放了新毛巾。非常失望。打了兩次電話，但接待處很忙，所以我們選擇了一個沒有適當照顧的房間。令人失望。

My husband had a broken bone in his leg we where booked a room on the first floor. When he saw us he arranged for our room swap, offered us tea and coffee whilst we waited for this to be arranged. All staff were very professional and courteous offering to take our bags to the room. We will plan another trip as we were unable to use the facilities.

我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸) 外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。 那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。 房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服! 我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!! 我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。 我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。 我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈! 如果我們/當我們訪問切斯特時,一定會再次入住這裏!

從開始到結束都令人難以置信。預訂系統有點混亂,但在幾分鐘內排序。不能再照顧好!超值,工作人員走額外的一英里使我們的1晚住宿如此愉快,孩子們不想回家!

可愛的乾淨酒店,所有友好的工作人員都非常瞭解該地區。特別是接待處的Sue和餐廳的Howard。 酒店有一個可愛的游泳池區,餐廳在酒店後面俯花園

在過去的一個月裏,我們實際上在這裏住了好幾次,因爲它是如此的寧靜,舒適,並且地理位置優越,適合我們需要的東西。 從我們剛到達的那一刻起,工作人員就非常熱情,接待處的安立即把我們升級到更大的房間,當她看到我們帶着多少行李時,她也總是微笑着迎接我們,每次我們經過時,她都會熱情地問候我們接待,非常有幫助,也很高興交談。 夏克爾在聖誕節後抵達,一直是所有客人的絕對超級巨星,他似乎會幫助任何人,無論他們需要什麼。他也很愉快地交談,甚至鼓勵我的妻子一天晚上和工作人員一起坐下來參加我們的談話,因爲我們的妻子因健康原因在社會上被孤立了。 客房服務人員總是可用,如果他們需要,Rumi一直非常樂於助人,總是帶着微笑和問候禮貌。 酒店已經關閉多年,最近才重新開放,所以正在迅速翻新。餐廳和酒吧目前關閉,但我確信很快就會全面運營。電梯不工作,但希望很快也會修復。 總而言之,這是一個非常愉快的住宿,我們實際上很難過不得不離開。 我們很快就會回來的X
