房間挺大的，非常乾淨，所有用品都有不用自帶，酒店的公共區域很英式，酒店門口有很大一片草地非常漂亮，清晨跑個步真的很贊，還有埃塞克斯大學的校園景色就在邊上也是非常的美。

Very nice hotel, happily had a room upgrade and stayed in a wonderful room! Parking can be challenging, but not expensive in that area. Sea view is amazing!

房間乾淨整潔，採光很好，床品舒適睡得很安穩。設施齊全，隔音效果不錯，整體安靜不吵。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快捷。位置便利，出行方便，性價比很高，下次出行還會選擇這家酒店。

很棒的酒店,有很多歷史,因此是一個非常好的住宿地點。友好和平易近人的員工。不幸的是,我預訂了兩個房間,設施不足;一個房間沒有熱水,另一個房間淋浴故障。可能是運氣不好,我懷疑酒店管理層能夠解決這個問題。

Really nice hotel with really good restaurant. All staff members were really amazing, and made my stay really enjoyable.  The only thing they need to sort out the loud noise that comes from the air conditioning in the middle of the night that can’t be stopped from the room. It kept me awake for the most part of my night.

There is no lobby on the ground floor of the hotel. You need to go to another hotel opposite to check in and get your room card first, which is a bit strange. If you stay on Friday or Saturday night, the hotel will be very noisy at night because it is close to the main street and bars. It will not be completely quiet until three in the morning. You need to pay attention to this trip.
