英國倫弗魯郡設有早餐的酒店

I stayed there for 5 days, overall a pleasant experience though I can see a few points of improvement, seen the brand Marriott. Small IT issues with the key, which continued to demagnetise despite my maximum care. I had to return to reception at least 5 times. The part which should improve more is the service at the restaurant, waiters look young and junior, though definitely patient and motivated. They should possibly pay more attention to all customers especially during busy periods, when it was almost impossible to have eye contact with them.

Thank you Team Holiday Inn Express Glasgow for the hospitality, great service, excellent food and amazing Staffs - Cheers Aaron and the ladies for my Sunday 30/04 wake up call and gentlemen staffs I met during my stay were absolutely awesome. 飯店一般。如果能升級地毯就更好了，因為電梯旁邊的地毯太髒，很容易絆倒人！我們住的房間也急需翻新，浴室裡到處都是鏽跡。房間的地毯上也積滿了灰塵，完全不像飯店宣傳的那樣注重清潔。房間裡還有兩隻飛蛾，地毯上出現禿斑可能就是這個原因。我覺得我們有權利要求退款，因為這些問題實在太糟糕了。

酒店似乎有點累,需要一些tlc,工作人員在與酒吧工作人員交談時都很友好,酒吧工作人員樂於助人。酒吧區似乎有點狹窄和尷尬。我們的房間應該是行政的,但感覺很狹窄。在其他地方住了更少,空間更多。浴室沒有地方可以放置洗浴用品進出淋浴,廁所在牆壁和玻璃淋浴門之間的非常封閉的空間。實際上撞到了我的肩膀上廁所卷架!房間很乾淨,但牀很硬,我們兩個人都沒能睡得太多,因爲不得不經常離開麻木的關節。房間在二樓,絕對烤,所以不得不整晚保持風扇,真的很吵。早餐豐富,設置很好,但有點無味。總體令人失望的住宿,我們週年紀念日。

不錯的酒店,短期住宿很好,很乾淨,也沒有什麼問題。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5星以上!酒店太棒了很乾淨,舒適,景色很美。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人,熱情好客。物超所值,真的很喜歡我的住宿。一定會再來的!

Lovely welcome, friendly, smooth reception check-in. Breakfast was lovely Only thing I have to say is that the walls are very thin and I could hear next doors *** ****** and **** ** *******! Literally!!! Only weird because I was with my daughter (13yo)!

工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。雖然我同意節能,但一個小房間,有一個窗戶不打開,空調在理想的溫度下不製冷是不可接受的(設置了完全無效的等級)。預訂中已經清楚地表明房間很小,但關於打開窗戶以保證安全(幾釐米)的信息完全被隱藏起來。不在市中心。

美麗的酒店,一塵不染。水療中心絕對令人驚歎。唯一的缺點是2個酒吧關閉,似乎因人員配置問題,我們一直期待着嘗試它們。唯一的吃飯的地方是點菜餐廳,但食物和工作人員絕對可愛。水療中心的工作人員也很棒,謝謝,一定會回來的。

Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.
