英國沃裏克郡設有早餐的酒店

這家酒店是我們在英國最受長者家喜歡的，因為“像個真正的酒店”。樓層不高，也就三層左右，服務設施齊全，主要是白人入住。自助早餐很豐盛，受到酒店位於莎士比亞故鄉Stratford，小鎮非常寧靜美麗，一條Avon河穿越其間。人傑地靈不過如此！

Decent place though price as everywhere more half term. Breakfast included which is nice Ridiculous lack of power sockets, had to unplug kettle from single source. Are they afraid we will steal electricity?

這家飯店環境優美，地理位置優越，離埃文河畔斯特拉特福非常近。唯一的不足之處是用餐時間。早餐供應需要更好的管理，或需要一位餐廳經理。早餐經常供應不足，客人必須不斷詢問缺少的物品。 其次，婚禮派對/賓客需要經過一間早餐室才能到達婚禮儀式室。當賓客被引導到早餐室時，飯店客人還在吃早餐。這個房間應該分開，讓飯店客人有充足的空間和時間享用早餐。我們搬到了酒吧區，但情況更糟，因為人們在上午11點之前就蜂擁而至喝酒！ 如果酒吧要營業，那就把婚禮賓客引導到一個區域，而不是打擾飯店的賓客。我們感到非常不舒服，感覺像是在打擾他們。 我想說的另一點是，播報婚禮訊息的女士應該對工作人員更有禮貌。我聽到有人突然命令我挪動一件物品……這太粗魯了，讓人無法接受，尤其是在客人或任何人面前，更別提讓相關工作人員感到尷尬了。 所有員工都很友善，我只是覺得他們需要一些訓練或指導，才能更好地管理一個井然有序的早餐室。晚餐很棒，只是有時有點混亂和緩慢。需要更細心。 水療中心和泳池都很棒。 總而言之，我們度過了一段非常美好的時光，我們的房間也非常棒！ 我一定會再來的……只是需要再僱用一些員工，如果需要的話，可以考慮季節性的。

1.酒店位置還好。在鎮上附近,附近咖啡館。不錯。 2.房間有USB C充電端口。適合我的Apple Iphone 16供電。房間的燈光控制簡單,易於管理。 3.早餐: 不錯, 很多選擇. 4.工作人員服務: 6月1日,我要求大堂值班人員在上午7:30安排我的房間清潔,包括更換毛巾。不幸的是,我晚上10:00回來時,房間沒有打掃。由於很晚了,選擇不打電話要求工作人員協助,自己打掃房間,這是酒店可以提高服務可靠性的領域。

這個酒店是當地導遊推薦的，外觀看起來不起眼，進去以後是一個設施很微型的酒店，酒店大堂像是客廳一樣，也符合了莎士比亞小鎮的風格，每個房間的門口都有一句莎士比亞作品的名言，非常有意思，房間不大，設施復古，但是很乾凈，酒店坐在小鎮的中心街上，後面就是莎士比亞的出生地，本身小鎮不是很大，方圓步行的距離都可以到達，整個行程中最放鬆的一個城市了，早餐是冷盤自助，熱食自己選主菜，注意咖啡是單收費的，這跟其他酒店早餐有些區別

這家酒店各方面基本符合希爾頓標準，説幾個特別的地方：第一，位置便利，離火車站很近，步行可達，步行可達莎士比亞出生地那條街，有一家Morrison超市也很近；酒店四個方向都有行人可以進出的小門，google map可能不是很準確。第二，Junior Suite 其實就是一個大房間，沙發可以改成梳化床，沒什麼套間的感覺，但是梳化床挺大的。那個沙發的靠墊被工作人員鋪成梳化床的時候是被墊在地上的，如果進門以後要坐沙發，還是先拍打拍打吧，感覺不是特別乾淨。這家酒店不提供牙刷之類的，管前台要也沒有，需要自己準備。第三，前台服務人員，入住那天是位女服務員，服務較差，早餐地點和時間也沒有主動説，加床也遲遲沒有安排，從房間打電話半天也沒人接，我用手機從外線撥才匆忙接起來，告訴她我還以為是房間電話壞了。後來一天的男服務員服務就很熱情，告訴我們火車票的使用，還有去火車站便捷的小門，還有一位男服務員看我們有小朋友，還多給了幾瓶水和曲奇，所以還是信任希爾頓的服務的，衹是希望加強對所有員工的培訓

Gorgeous hotel with perfect staff. Busy restaurant and bar. The pool changing rooms need an upgrade but otherwise would stay again.

國外的酒店設施就不要去期待有多好了，毛巾洗出洞的還在繼續使用。 我在那是出差，連住5天，每天早餐的8個選擇都一摸一樣，連擺放位置都沒變過…… 他們服務挺好的，工作人員都很友善，我沒帶拖鞋，最後還想辦法給我弄了雙拖鞋。

環境非常適合遊覽景點，酒店是一座美麗的歷史建築。現代的水療中心很好用，但我們發現房間很基本，需要梳洗一下，非常失望，因為房間裡沒有熱飲設施。 我們的早餐包含在我們的房費中，對此我們感到非常失望 - 一切都在油脂中游泳，黑布丁和土豆羅斯蒂煮得太熟，所以我們無法吃完飯。 停車場每晚住宿 7 英鎊，但我們事先並沒有意識到這一點。 我們可能會再次入住，但會升級到大樓舊部分的房間，不會吃熟食早餐。

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!
