英國沃里克郡設有早餐的酒店

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

下午5點左右到酒店,前台沒人,我去餐廳,一位年輕的紳士說可以幫我辦理入住,一開始他找不到我的預訂,因爲我通過TRIPS.COM做了,他最終找到了我去我的房間。房間有空調,效果很好。我睡了一個好覺。早上我去餐廳吃早餐,要求吃素選擇。他問我是否要吃素香腸,如果需要,要多少。我點了兩個,還要求他幫我帶的燕麥牛奶。然後我去櫃檯拿其他素食(菇,西紅柿,烤豆子,哈希棕色)和吐司。我吃了一頓豐盛的早餐,咖啡和橙汁。 沒有信用卡塊,退房只是我出口的一滴卡片。 會推薦這家酒店給任何人。乾淨,功能齊全。

房間乾淨整潔，床品質量一般，可以接受；酒店衹有洗頭膏、沒有護髮素，洗頭髮不順滑；床特別窄，忘了量尺寸，估計衹有60cm寬；同一個停車場院裏有waitrose超市，價格比TESCO貴；有肯德基、漢堡王，價格都不便宜；房間不像英國其它連鎖酒店的房間那麼小，但桌、架、掛鈎等設定少，箱籠衹能堆地上。無早餐房間，不知早餐如何！我們的房間窗子關不嚴、有縫；房間內電暖器已經可以用了。安妮海瑟薇農舍 後住此，第二天chatsworth house（柴茨沃斯莊園 也是拍攝傲慢與偏見的達西莊園）

位於斯特拉特福鄉村的一座美麗的木樑建築內。房間很暗但很寬敞。我們住的家庭房有一張雙人床和兩張單人床。房價含早餐。沒有菜單，但服務員說有任何英式早餐組合都很棒。我吃了兩個煮蛋。唯一的問題是缺乏關於前往酒店的常規路線的溝通，因為道路施工導致酒店關閉。在陌生的城鎮中，沒有電子郵件或電話告訴我們如何到達酒店，只能依靠單行道系統，這讓我們非常緊張，而且比預定時間晚了 1.5 個小時才到達。如果飯店透過預訂時提供的座機聯絡trip.com並解釋有關道路施工的情況，我就能得到警告，那麼這個問題就可以解決了。

My first night staying at a YHA and it was pleasant. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was clean and comfortable. I'd not shared a room with strangers before, so it took a while to get used to, and I forgot to bring a towel, but that's my own shortcoming. The self-catering kitchen was a good size and looked well-equipped, though I only took advantage of the sink and washing up essentials.

We did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

在參觀沃里克城堡之前，我們孫子在這裡住了一晚，除了地毯有點異味外，一切都很乾淨！ ！ ！ 當我們到達時，工作人員非常棒，幫我們辦理了入住手續，很快就解決了孫子在沙發床上沒有寢具的問題，假日酒店提供免費早餐，非常好👍🏼……如果我支付成人每人10英鎊的費用，我會想要更好的選擇（沒有雞蛋和蘑菇）和更好的質量……酒店看起來很陳舊，但對於我們的住宿來說還不錯，謝謝
