I stayed at BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru for a short visit and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a modern and minimalist design, creating a clean and comfortable atmosphere. It’s a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru offers good value for money with its comfortable rooms, friendly service, and strategic location. Would recommend it for a short and relaxing stay in Pekanbaru.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Pelayanan sangat memuasakan. Pegawainya ramah-ramah. Menu breakfast nya banyak dan enak. Kamar bersih dan strategis dekat dengan mall. Saya akan kembali lagi jika ada perjalanan ke Pekanbaru lagi. 🙂

我們去那裡聽音樂會，同一天飯店裡還有一場婚禮。飯店裡擠滿了人，電梯很慢。房間裡沒有毛巾，除非我們需要從客房清潔籃裡拿毛巾。其中一個房間的空調壞了，我們打了兩次電話才讓他們修好。但從地理位置上來說，它非常具有戰略意義，緊鄰購物中心，位於鎮中心。
