我強烈建議預訂高樓層的房間或套房,因爲從這樣一個有利位置,ulsoor湖得到了充分的公正。景色和設施真的很漂亮。自助早餐是廣闊和美味,然而室內設計提供了一個舒適,舒適但別緻的氛圍,讓你安心,與通常的過度刺激和喧鬧的大多數自助早餐服務的氛圍相反。我在檢查時的一個消極時刻,因爲我試圖聯繫酒店的前台兩天,要求提前入住,我甚至嘗試了他們很酷的iPhone消息功能,但我的所有信息都沒有得到答覆。當我的一個朋友終於能夠到達前台時,他們告訴她這樣的要求是主觀的,以客人或房間的類型。這當然不是最好的措辭。我很驚訝,當我終於到達時,通過我的住宿,前台總是由至少4名樂於助人的服務員來管理,所以我有點失望,知道我的電話和信息沒有被注意到。也許有一個婚禮需要所有的人在甲板上,因爲這是季節。無論如何,我會推薦康拉德酒店給任何人前往班加羅爾,家庭和商人。

早餐很豐盛，服務很好，房間牀品非常舒適。整體環境也很棒。服務人員都非常貼心有禮貌。早晨還會在門口掛上當天報紙。對麪就是一個很大的shopping mall叫Forum。整體來說絕對是班加羅爾數一數二的大酒店。很滿意

訪訪客I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Overall, The Oberoi Bengaluru provided an unforgettable experience, seamlessly combining modern luxury with timeless elegance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Bengaluru.
