酒店位置和產品本身都不錯。服務人員除了前台都不錯。都帶着態度。不願意幫忙,提供錯誤信息,從不爲自己的錯誤感到抱歉。他們應該從您的餐飲,家政和禮賓部學習,以熱情好客。從入住到每天退房,前台喜怒無常的工作人員肯定會有問題。他們在報道問題方面非常好。前台的Amin很好,順利解決問題,但如果他是唯一的一個,那就毫無意義了。希望管理層可以通過派他們接受培訓來採取行動

令人沮喪的住宿！
不協調的付款：飯店工作人員向我施壓，要求我立即支付餐廳帳單，儘管該費用不包含在房價內。他們迫不及待地等我上去梳洗一番，然後下來付錢。很不耐煩！
設施有限：飯店房間只提供洗手液，不提供沐浴露！
收費不合理：瓶裝水價格過高，為 150 盧比。
不樂於助人的員工：工作人員在付款方式方面似乎不耐煩且不靈活。
總體而言，由於工作人員對付款方式不耐煩、缺乏基本的洗漱用品以及價格過高的瓶裝水，令人失望。我不會推薦這家酒店。

During my recent stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru, I was truly captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service offered by this magnificent hotel. Nestled in the bustling heart of the city on Mahatma Gandhi Road, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. 訪訪客I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.
