Personale cortese, comodissimo il posto auto nel garage, hotel ubicato a 2 passi dal centro. Camera spaziosa con balconcino, letto comodo, prodotti bsgno assortiti, perfino il dental kit, mancavs la cuffia per capelli e visto che nel ns bagno la doccia era fissa, sarebbe stata utile.

我花了1個小時才辦理入住，房間很舒適，但缺點是雙人床很小，而且即使顯示器設定為關閉，通風系統仍然打開，所以熱得令人窒息。

訪訪客優秀的位置、優秀的位置、服務和服務,包括早晨的接待員,他能說西班牙語。他的友和注意力:有游泳池,雖然小,但卻能在夏天,而且他熱情,這也是值得考慮的重要問題。我還讀過他們沒有提示沒有電,而且像我們一樣,很多案件都把你送到二樓,但他們也會把你的包放下。

UUssakk在佛羅倫斯住宿的好選擇。
缺點：過了某個時間就無法辦理入住。這項規定可以理解，但問題是前台24小時都有人值班。
過了某個時間，房門就會鎖上，需要按門鈴才能再次進入。每次離開飯店都必須把鑰匙留在前台。因為是實體鑰匙，所以還可以接受。但如果你比較注重隱私，想要一些私人空間，那就不太理想了；你會隱隱約約地感覺自己被監視著。
如同前面所提到的，這算是個不錯的選擇，但如果能像佛羅倫斯其他飯店一樣，使用電子門卡或臨時密碼開門就更好了。這樣一來，客人會更有賓至如歸的感覺，入住體驗也會更好。夜班門衛的工作也會更輕鬆，因為客人只有在遺失密碼或電子門卡時才會按門鈴。

訪訪客地點很好，距離車站7分鐘，距離Uhutzi博物館10分鐘，但沒有飯店的招牌，所以很難找！雖然我站在10米外，但來來回回都找不到。我按了對講機，把它打開，上了三樓，終於辦理了入住手續。房間很可愛，當我告訴他們我一大早要出去吃早餐時，他們靈活地回應說：“你可以讓早餐店給你做，並在前一天送到。”提供淋浴設施、冰箱和瓶裝水。當您離開房間並上一層時，您會發現一個共用露台，可以欣賞古城屋頂的景色。如果入住順利的話，這是一個非常好的住宿。

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

訪訪客We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

訪訪客酒店乾淨，服務也不錯，我們一早提前寄存了行李就出門玩了，晚上9點多才回來辦理入住，被告知，行李都已經幫我們搬到房間了。早餐很豐盛，且服務人員非常友好。酒店住着也挺安靜。酒店離火車站，T2車站都很近，在新聖母大殿附近，周圍還有SMN香水品牌的店，總之，滿意！

Kkindalei新開的酒店不在老城裡麪比較安靜，但是離景點也有一點距離，走路要十幾分鍾… 但是附近非常多吃飯的餐廳，選擇很多。酒店服務態度不錯但就是…慢。房間很寬敞，尤其是浴室，床品和浴品都非常舒服，最重要是新！一切東西都很新所以住着很舒服。雖然是改造了200年歷史的宅子，但是非常光亮且窗户都用了兩層雙層隔音玻璃，安靜得… 與世隔絕。早飯選擇還算豐富，但是單獨購買需要35歐性價比有點差。

AAlexandraS飯店整體來說對於三星級來說還可以。員工總是很友善。免費停車，如果滿了，飯店就像舊車庫，下面就是我們停車的地方。對於三星級飯店來說，早餐還可以。
老實說，設施沒什麼，我們的房間裡也有一些東西壞了……可以翻新一下。而且，這不是一張大床，而是兩張彼此靠近的單人床…上面沒有任何床墊…

訪訪客設施：基本都是吐槽點：1. 標準房間14平米肯定虛標了，因為之後我們在米蘭主的酒店15平米比這家寬敞了很多很多，沒有對比就沒有傷害。2. 床頭設施是一塊木頭，對你沒看錯，連架子都不是，就是一塊木頭，放兩個手機充電面積都嫌小。3. 電水壺內膽有很大一塊是塑料的，而且壞了，好在我們出門都會帶自己的備用。4. 房間有清潔劑的殘留氣味而且晚上熱空調開啟後也有一股管道風的味道。5. 洗手盆水龍口關不緊，一直在漏水。
環境：距離火車站最近出入口步行100米，馬路對面拐個彎就能到，位置是真的方便，尤其是對於住在佛羅倫薩中間需要搭乘火車去托斯卡納大區其他城市一日遊的行程來説，這點很重要。
服務：前台人員上來就一個勁地推薦升級房型（22平米的高級間），再三禮貌婉拒之後被要求等到下午3點後才能入住，而如果升級就可以即刻入住，並且第一時間就被要求付款city tax（這個倒是沒關係，但是我們此行在羅馬威尼斯和米蘭的酒店都是check out那天才付款的，就有點奇怪）。但是，早餐非常非常好！尤其是被羅馬酒店完全不提供任何熱食的早餐折磨了好幾天之後，能吃上熱騰騰的炒蛋、培根和炒蔬菜實在是太幸福了，而且每天早餐都會變換花樣，我們連吃5天都覺得很好吃。
總體評價：地理位置+早餐+性價比 讓我可以打5星，可以抵消一部分房型、衞生和設施的不足吧
