Our stay at Hudor Resort was unfortunately below expectations. While the beach view was truly stunning and the peaceful atmosphere was ideal for relaxation, the overall experience lacked charm and energy. The resort felt quite lifeless, possibly because it’s newly opened and still under construction in parts, with limited amenities currently available. The private villa pool appeared poorly maintained, with water that didn’t seem properly treated. On the other hand, the main infinity pool was in better condition and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was extremely overpriced, and the food itself was underwhelming. Service was notably slow, though the staff were kind and courteous.

The place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out. Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience. Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Advantages: Many people have written about them, and I'll mention two more. The outdoor server was very polite, and the hairdryer had a strong wind speed. Drawbacks 1. Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing. 4/5 Breakfast Everything is fine 2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot. 3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes. There is only one counter attendant. The deluxe room was spacious for a family of 4, and take note of the washroom providing a “suite like” feel. Although the cabinets were obviously worn out, one of them had molds and can even smell once you open it. However, room had been kept clean throughout our stay in. There was a limitation on access to amenities. The beach was closed due to soil erosion, hence we only able to use the infinity pool. Prepare cash for the deposit of 2k per night. No lift (south wing, ocean wing) we had to ask assistance from the hotel concierges to bring the luggages all the way up to the3rd floor.
