贊比亞盧薩卡省設有早餐的酒店

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

還不錯，前台 餐廳，以及保潔員都很友善樂於助人，早餐也不錯，我喜歡裏面的番石榴汁。另外lobby的環境也很好，旁邊就是銀行可以取錢，紅色圈起來就是辦理電話卡的

住華人酒店就是方便，接送機，中餐都有。周邊看起來挺安全的，房間夠大，還有推拿按摩配套，不要用國內的水平比較，要看國情的，好評。

Customer service is very poor and disgusting. All they want is money from customers and not to offer professional services. They don’t want to hear the customers side when an inconvenience happens. Plus breakfast is served whenever they want. If you have a meeting early in the morning like 08:00,just know you’ll go with an empty stomach.

服務：好在早餐有現做的刀削麪，還有包子饅頭粥等等，中國胃得到了滿足。 都是中國廚子，晚餐點的中餐也算不錯。份量也不錯。 但是酒店設施又老又臟， 房間有陳舊煙味。下次不訂了。

我最近在盧薩卡旅行期間在這家酒店住得很好。特別適合中國遊客,因爲很多設施和書面說明都是中英文提供的,這使得酒店導航非常方便。我整個入住期間的服務都非常棒。我特別想表揚格雷斯,他是一位傑出的接待員和酒店人員,總是專業,熱情,細心。她的熱情幫助真正提升了體驗。房間乾淨,維護得很好,舒適,忙碌了一天後很容易放鬆。總的來說,這是國際出差考慮的絕佳選擇,以非常合理的價格提供良好的服務和設施。

我預訂了一間雙牀房,但是我收到了與我預訂時的照片不同的房間。 牀旁邊或周圍沒有插座,所以只能使用衛生間入口的一個插座,雖然有空調、冰箱,但是沒有啓動 所以雖然很熱,但是要在遠處的插座上開電風扇。 然後 我期待它包括早餐和客房服務。 9點提供的早餐是黑茶,果醬或黃油,乾麪包裏有一塊煎餅。ㅋㅋ

房間乾淨整齊，靠近使館區，很安全也比較方便。離賓館2公里有中國美食城，選擇很多也不貴。唯一不太好的是需要向前台要求提供瓶裝水，房間衹有酒店提供的那種refill的飲用水。

預訂前沒有意識到這是一家中國經營的酒店,我想象中的目標是接待當地的中國員工。所有電視頻道都是中文,早餐是中餐,咖啡機說明是中文。然而,工作人員都是贊比亞人,非常樂於助人。據說是一家禁菸酒店,但它在我們的走廊裏聞到強烈的香菸味。浴室一直聞起來像“溼狗”。酒店內沒有設施,但幸運的是隔壁有一個很棒的酒吧和餐廳。

很棒的親切的工作人員總是願意多走一英里!房間還可以,可以改善房間內的一些沙發或書桌和椅子,以及熨斗和熨衣板。這些小物品使住宿更加舒適。WiFi需要作爲URGENCY工作。在外地,溝通是旅行者的關鍵。我們無法連接@所有人!請儘快整理好!否則位置和氛圍很棒!
