之前看過有評論説趕不及內地的某季酒店、入住後體驗如下：
1.吹風機比較老舊，聲音大，吹乾速度慢
2.一家人出行一起預訂了3間房，房型不一（這個並沒有升級房型造成的原因，都是標準間，但大小都不一）
3.床寫了1.22m寬，但是實際住下來，感覺就1.1m左右
4.衞生間需要站在浴缸裏面洗，很多淋浴室外滲到地面上，洗護用品一般，不值2000+的房費
5.坐在505房間桌子旁寫作業的時候，可以明顯聞到桌面一股類似中葯的味道，很刺鼻
6.距離地鐵站很遠，雖然寫了距離尖東站800米，但是僅是地鐵的出/入口，然後還在再走800-900米才可以進閘，所以乘坐地鐵來回距離很長，帶孩子和長者的需要注意，無形中還沒玩就已經走了好幾公里了
7.酒店周邊的早餐很豐富，酒店門口街對面有不少茶餐廳、便利店、小吃店，價格便宜，人均50港幣就可以滿足需求了
8.距離香港科技館，歷史博物館走路約8-10分鐘距離

帶10歲孩子出行，定了豪華家庭客房。高鐵站出來直接坐九巴260X大概步行5分鐘就能到酒店。去機場也是步行5分鐘坐A21機場巴士大概1個小時15分鐘，比地鐵少走路，白天還能看到跨海大橋景色。
酒店步行5分鐘能到香港科學館，步行10分鐘可以到香港太空館、k11、維港，坐天星小輪、摩天輪都非常方便。去海洋公園地鐵半小時，去迪士尼地鐵50多分鐘，都特別方便。酒店門口附近很多好吃的茶餐廳、糖水鋪，酒店門口就有7-11超市買東西也方便。
設施：房間不提供瓶裝水，但是有接水的涼水壺可以在每一層的電梯旁邊接水，乾淨可以直接喝，小朋友直接喝也沒有任何不適。房間很大，在香港這個空間已經很不錯了，2張1.35的床不用拼床，2個大人睡一張也完全沒有問題。有浴缸，不泡澡直接沖沖淋也很方便。

不太滿意的是兩點：第一，預訂時花了2000多，入住前發現價格降到了1300左右，心理落差挺大，感覺訂早了有點虧；第二，辦入住等得比較久，到店後等了一陣，最後衹能先把行李寄存，先出去逛，晚點回來再辦入住。
