李嘉誠的整體還是可以的，不要説服務不好，國人素質千差萬別，呆時間長了就知道了
設施：8層的海景房還可以了。2米的床，唯一不足就是馬桶的方向不合理。
環境：1點30到酒店，給我安排了2米床，8層的沒有什麼味道，我預訂的雙床的，後來打電話有安排雙床的在18層，估計是高端印度套房房間巨大，味道大，酒店沒有窗户的。果斷下樓交涉換回去。
服務：整體服務很可以了，也熱心的
交通， 地鐵黃埔站走過去200多米，黃埔站底下是永旺，可以買水買水果帶過去。酒店早餐不需要預訂，拿房卡下去有優惠，直接預訂反而吃虧，一大一小360元，符合當地物價，達不到全季亞朵水平。有公交黃埔總站，靠近地鐵。酒店出門沿着海邊走400～600米都是渡輪（紅磡碼頭），到對面去的，住了三天還是渡輪方便，北角，中環，太爽了，省的倒地鐵，中環地鐵站超級大，走死了不划算。

客房每日定時專人清掃，衞生把控一絲不苟，全屋乾淨清爽、整潔舒心；管家服務響應高效及時，需要餐具時可以即刻配送至房間，十分貼心。每日晚間習慣泡浴放鬆，浴缸潔凈無異味，疲憊趕路後泡個熱水澡，所有旅途勞累都一掃而空。樓下直通敏華冰廳，地道港式餐食隨手可得，口味正宗，覓食格外省心。
最讓人驚喜的是地理位置：酒店與新世紀廣場無縫連通，出門即是旺角東站，搭乘港鐵前往海洋公園、迪士尼、中環、尖沙咀、銅鑼灣各大熱門點位一路暢行，完全不用為交通費心。在寸土寸金的香港，客房空間寬敞開闊，居住舒適度直接拉滿，不管親子出行還是獨自旅行都適配。

這次是性價比全五星好評啦。首先服務人員的態度很好沒有差別待遇，比起十幾年前總來出差時的態度是天壤之別。有兩件事讓我覺得很感動，房間的冰箱不製冷，我們通知了前台，十分鐘不到就已經有工作人員推着新的冰箱來更換，對於客人的需求相應得非常快。另一件是有一天晚上10點酒店户外的一塊地磚被車子壓裂了，我們回來時看到晚上十點居然還有管理人員和工人在維修，第二天早上就已經完全修好了。這些細節都讓我們感受到了酒店的積極態度。
地理位置也很方便地鐵N5最近，但是這個出口沒有電梯，建議走Isquare的出口，有電梯還可以順便買吃的喝的，然後從彌敦道入口進來。
泳池也很好，成人孩子都可以。9-18點開門，開放時間有一些短，希望可以改進呀。

其實我本來是7月14來香港轉機，結果颱風天，擔心後續飛不了，於是在7月11號晚上連滾帶爬定了飛機準備提前來香港。因為擔心颱風因素，直到登機後，家屬才匆忙下定了酒店。
來過太多次香港，我是不太想定尖沙咀，因為這裏人實在太多了。而且這家才四星，又在鬧市區，刻板印象會覺得不太好，事實證明，我打臉了，這家非常好！！！超滿意。勝過我定的很多很多香港的五星酒店。
特別好評給前台check in的Jacky Wu，抵達酒店的時候，已經是接近凌晨十二點，似乎前面有兩個客人遇見了不同情況的問題，他在緊急處理。其實我當時已經很疲憊了，而且帶着兩個孩子，他們也很累了，我想快點入住，但是不得不等待。在等待的過程中，我觀察到他對這些客人都是非常謙遜有禮的，而且能感受到他確實是在替客人着急解決這些問題，並且，有條不紊。
輪到我以後，他也很真誠的和我打招呼説抱歉讓我久等了。我住過很多次香港酒店，但是個人覺得很多五星級酒店因為工作忙碌，壓力很大，溝通時候比較冰冷，機械化，談不上歧視，但是確實我不太喜歡。
之所以給Jacky Wu特地評價，是因為我看見他在高壓力工作下，依然能夠有温度的去解決很多問題。
房間非常非常大。行政酒廊也不錯。這些都不多贅述，見圖，所見即所寫。
還有一個插曲，退房時候，我把我一個袋子遺落在了酒店大堂。等到了機場時才發現。電話酒店，很快他們就確認找到了。還好離開飛機起飛時間還早，地鐵過去拿，來回兩個多小時也搞定了。

①我們一家三口，定了雙床房，拼在一起，十歲的女兒和我們睡毫無壓力。
②女兒看演唱會我們需要早一點到亞博，所以十二點多就到酒店了，抱着試試看的心情辦入住，結果前台帥哥非常nice，找空房絲滑辦入住。
③酒店距離尖沙東地鐵站走路五分鐘，距離維港走路也10分鐘左右，這裏建議各位天氣熱的時候不要走路面，可以尖沙東地鐵口下去，向k11方向走，全程冷氣，而且不繞路，導航的話會繞一圈。
④酒店附近走路五分鐘SaSa、萬寧都有的。
⑤唯一美中不足是房間內總是一股浴室的味道，且冷氣直吹床頭，我們枕頭調換位置放床尾稍微好一點。

好多年沒去香港了，想着去看看維多利亞港，選擇了附近的朗廷，酒店大堂的香氛味道特別好聞，跑去前台問可以售賣嗎，沒想到前台直接送了，可能辦入住時遇到一些小問題，前台認識我了。
整體服務都很好，發生問題後的補救很好，禮賓部的服務都很熱情。臨走給了些小費，在去機場的路上的士司機説對講機裏面酒店禮賓聯繫他，讓他問問我是不是給錯了小費，如果是，就讓司機先幫他們給還我。我説沒有啊，兩個零和三個零我還是分的清的，他們的服務值得大票面。
