在我們入住期間,酒店員工讓我們感覺非常受歡迎。早餐棒極了,客人們能夠選擇從廚房裡點做早餐。屋頂游泳池非常吸引人,但因為白天太熱了很少有客人去用它(大約是四十五攝氏度),我們是在齋月期間去的,也就是說在公共場合不能吃東西,喝飲料,因此購物中心幾乎所有的公共小吃店從黎明到傍晚都關了門。還要注意,迪拜的出租車司機包括那些在機場等候的說,如果是按計程表結賬的話,他們沒有零錢。

我們有一個一臥室的套房,有一個海景廚房。設備齊全,有洗碗機和洗衣機。牀很舒服。抵達時很乾淨,每天用新鮮的毛巾等打掃。酒店設施一流 - 餐廳面積大,健身房和游泳池。早餐選擇一流。位置很好 - 步行距離短到電車(棕櫚朱美拉站)和單軌到棕櫚。最值得注意的是酒店工作人員,他們總是熱情,禮貌和樂於助人 - 特別是酒店接待處的Main,當我們需要醫生時非常樂於助人

這次住的是sea view本來想升級palm view但是已經無房，房間陽台望出去就是一望無際的藍色大海，隨便一拍都很美。 來之前看到攜程有些評論説服務不是很好有歧視亞洲人，但是我並沒有遇到這類情況，甚至我覺得服務非常好。 首先大堂是有一位姐姐是中國人，有什麼問題都可以向她諮詢。其次遇到的兩個前台，第一位本地女士因為check in的時候需要等待房間送了我免費的下午茶體驗卷，環境很好很出片還有音樂噴泉；第二位是通知我有房的時候我去拿房卡遇到的德國小哥哥，人又帥服務又好，領我去房間並介紹了房間的各種功能，還給我推薦了一家我非常滿意的餐廳，也是我以下要推薦的這個西班牙餐廳Jaleo。 這家餐廳我在小紅書也有查過基本沒有人發過，聽説是米其林精選但是並無星，抱着相信德國小哥的態度我今晚去體驗了一下。非常滿意，超越很多所謂帶星米其林餐廳，具體點了什麼和價格最後一張圖都有po，非常值得一試的一家餐廳。 其他附贈項目就是隔壁老亞特蘭蒂斯的水世界，個人膽小不會游泳就去逛了一圈，放的歌倒是蠻喜歡的都是pop music；酒店的早餐也很不錯種類豐富，你能想到的菜式它都有。 ps酒店按金一晚2000迪拉姆，打算備現金的朋友們一定要帶夠不然就會像我一樣衹能刷卡了。個人覺得一定要多住幾個晚上，我還是有點不夠盡興~

酒店比較新，沒有怪味道，房間很乾凈，服務很好，樓下有costa咖啡,旁邊有超市，距離輕軌地鐵不遠，不過也不近，要走十多分鐘。提前定的，價格350左右，感覺挺超值。

酒店位置在一個轉盤附近，離機場十五分鐘。但是初到自駕，很容易開錯路。車停門口，服務員會幫忙停車取車時並給你一張卡，憑卡取車很方便。 酒店設施還可以的，兩卧室公寓，廚房裡有洗衣烘乾一體機，冰箱，洗碗機，油煙機，電熱爐，盆碗餐具等一整套廚具。但是其中一個卧室熱水不熱。 剛入住的時候前台告訴沒有包含早餐，跟攜程客服溝通後在第二天早飯後得到了解決。 總體這次入住感覺很不錯，也給攜程解決問題的能力和客服的態度點個贊。

我在QE2酒店住了一晚,感覺棒極了因爲現在住在Australia的英國人,QE2在我的心裏有一個特殊的位置從來沒有像Cunard船那樣,我能夠負擔去紐約旅行現在我可以和船閃閃發光裝修是把你帶回她生命的鼎盛時期真是太棒了服務很棒,食物和飲料都很棒,值得一住!我妻子說我最好和她一起回來

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!
