我舉辦了40歲生日派對。場地佈置得非常整潔優雅，組織得井井有條，服務人員也十分細緻周到。 特別感謝廚師，他不僅答應為我烹調一道我點的非洲菜，而且做得遠超乎我的預期。他非常可靠，我強烈推薦他，無論您想吃什麼菜，他都能滿足您的需求，因為他真的超出了我的預期。 也要衷心感謝銷售經理及其團隊，是你們讓這場活動如此完美無瑕。

Excellent service from staff. Hotel atmosphere outside is amazing. Inside is classic but could do with a little cozyness

拖兒帶女從倫敦趕到南安普頓是為了坐郵輪，提前一天到的，隨機訂了這家酒店，一開始沒做太多期待，衹為過夜，沒想到進來房間之後，大喜過望！寬敞明亮，設計感和舒適性雙佳，有開放式廚房和洗衣機，衞生狀況比倫敦的連鎖酒店可好多了！ 出門有街心花園，花草開的很美很舒服，步行距離到市中心吃飯和購物很近很方便，最讓人驚喜的還有一點，就是離郵輪碼頭很近，我們四個人拖着四衹大行李箱，一邊看着路邊風景一邊就走到了碼頭，是一家一定會再來入住的星標酒店

服務一流,一如既往的好。健身房設施和游泳池都不錯。換房間正在翻新,但提供了長袍。房間漂亮-這次特別入住升級到了套房。位置優越,到M3方便。我經常住在這裏,永遠不會讓人失望。性價比也很高。

酒店設施很不錯，看着乾淨衞生，又很大氣。服務到位下次還會入住。

酒店離希思羅機場不遠，周末開車回西倫敦也就四十多分鐘。交通方便。而且還可以免費停車，總體感受比較好，可以再訂購。

New Year's Eve Party We booked an overnight stay at the #Aviator to celebrate New Year's Eve. We were upgraded to an airside view room with breathtaking views of the runway. The room was airy and big. We requested a fridge in our room and a carafe of water which was supplied to us. The room had a powerful rain shower which was so needed after hours of dancing! The bed was comfy and the TV was super easy to use We did not avail breakfast this time but did go to the excellent sky bar for some yummy cocktails! Room came with iron, hairdryer, safe, USB sockets, tra and coffee facilities (cafetiere coffee) with option to request fresh milk. We will certainly be back!

房間很大 這一點感覺特別滿意，入住後到房間看到是一個大床，由於我們是兩個人，所以就去前台更換兩個床的房間，前台服務人員態度非常好，馬上就給我們安排了，非常高興。另外周圍環境很好 酒店旁邊就是大的運動場，非常適合晚飯後散步。

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.
