The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent amenities. The staff were courteous, professional, and provided prompt service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The only drawback was the location, which was slightly less convenient for commuting. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend it, especially for couples or family travelers.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

在印多爾算是不錯的酒店了,設施和食物也不錯,健身房和游泳池維護的也很好,清潔度也最好。

No photos this time. Cons- no dedicated parking place , cars parked on road not at all safe. Service is pathetic. Especially on breakfast time. Staff doesn’t even give you a look. Not attentive at all. Limited breakfast . Unnecessarily hyped place . Avoid it
