It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here.

Beautiful place and an awesome location. Everyone and everything is excellent. will be come back soon.

We are enjoying this property a lot.. the ambience is very nice.. also we are enjoying very very tasty and delicious food here..swimming pool is fabulous with slides and water sprinkler jacuzzi..👌👌👌

I wanted 2 bottles of water and no one showed up for 1.5 hours. After food, I had requested to clean the room but it took them 2.5 hours to come and that too after constantly calling them
