約旦亞喀巴省設有健身室/gym room的酒店

環境：樓下就是亞喀巴最繁華的商業街，吃喝非常方便 設施：有些陳舊了，但停車免費，自駕還是很方便的，但免費的礦泉水在我們住的那兩天裏每天都送四瓶，在約旦酒店來説非常大氣了 服務：無論是前台小哥還是迎賓保安都熱情禮貌得不得了！我們坐在一樓露天咖啡廳（沿街）喝咖啡時如遇遊客搭訕迎賓保安還會過來禮貌地插話幫我們免除不必要的騷擾和搭訕，確保過度搭訕的男遊客走了後他再離開！這服務意識簡直太棒了！

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

約旦性價比不錯的酒店 在佐敦11天的行程中,住了5家酒店,這家最好!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 所有的工作人員都非常友好和友善。餐廳工作人員樂於助人,體貼周到。第二天早上,她想起了我的早餐偏好😨,甚至細節。 酒店附近有一家意大利餐廳。您可以享受折扣,但有蛋糕,飲料和希沙。 房間太舒適了,新,我喜歡設計,夜景太可愛了,宏偉,設施很好,比Movenpick酒店好得多,這家酒店爲客人提供死海產品。您也可以從冰箱免費喝。

房間絕對美麗,很現代,感覺像在家裏。我把希爾頓和凱普林斯基都加倍了盧森堡的價格,不過我更喜歡盧森堡的房間,而不是其他人。工作人員總是來回去,滿足你的望,照顧你小心。餐廳的價格合理,食物質量很高。 我發現唯一的負面點是房間門的隔離不足,風進去,人進走。

豪華的酒店!新裝修和環境!酒店的氣味令人興奮!牀上用品質量驚人,還有頭選擇。海灘上有白沙,但水清新。餐廳的早餐和晚餐都很棒。提拉米蘇比甜點家鄉好:)有個情況需要一個學位,酒店的醫生來幫忙,做了簡短的檢查。謝謝你照顧!

酒店很漂亮,很大,但是游泳池很小,不愉快,海邊沙灘很小。工作人員很棒,樂於助人

很漂亮的酒店離市中心很近,但沒什麼好做的。 酒店是一座和平大,你被掉了,你穿上了你所想的衣服,這不一定是外面的。 私人海灘很小,其他酒店不太好(牆界限酒店) 小區,因爲所有船隻都靠近。 5* 子是中等的 否則一切就不夠了 小餐廳的自助餐廳很大,多樣。但是餐廳比較便宜,不優質的城市中心。應該像早晨一樣自我創建餐廳。

優秀的,高質量的酒店在海灘,大,乾淨的房間,風景不錯,優秀,大型水療中心和現代健身房,優質的早餐和晚餐 接待員Omar服務很棒 我強烈推薦這家酒店
