這家萬楓酒店位於坎昆市中心，位置非常方便。距離 ADO 大巴站步行約 20 分鐘，適合搭車前往機場或其他景點。周邊生活便利，10 分鐘內可達大型超市，步行到市中心廣場也衹需 15 分鐘。酒店設施較新，房間現代簡潔，入住體驗很舒適，適合商務出行或短暫停留。

位置離AD巴士總站有點遠，但還不足以搭計程車，所以我帶著隨身行李箱步行了大約10分鐘，但有些人可能會覺得太遠了。 沒有解釋如何使用室內保險箱，所以我打電話給管家，但他不會說英語，所以我不得不使用翻譯應用程式。我還是不明白，就請他來了兩次。我很高興他毫不猶豫地來了，但由於他不需要一次完成，有些人可能會覺得麻煩。 最失望的是，上面寫著“早餐6比索”，所以當我滿懷期待地去那裡時，卻被告知是150比索。價格可能上漲了，或者可能是 6 美元的錯誤，但即使我相信這些信息並進行了申請，結果卻完全不同，我想，“我被騙了，這是一個騙局” .”我希望這一點能夠盡快得到糾正。

總的來說，我挺喜歡這次入住體驗，也很喜歡房間。但是，在炎熱的天氣裡待了一天之後，房間裡的熱水很少，甚至沒有熱水，這讓我很不適應。房間設施仍然比較簡陋，而且第一晚沒有毛巾。我打電話過去，他們也沒來，只好自己去前台拿了一條。總之，設施還是很簡陋的。飯店位置相當不錯，我避開了計程車，改用了Uber。價格便宜到讓我有點不好意思。飯店確實備齊了所有你可能忘記帶的東西，甚至還有刮鬍刀和刮鬍膏。考慮到價格和地理位置，我還會再次入住。

Abba Suites很貼心!市中心位置很棒。就在中間全部10&10...We,我們這個月的家庭海灘長假總共在這裏住了10晚。 房間很棒...非常好,較新...全廚房減去墨西哥旅行真正不需要的烤箱...從起居區隔離臥室,這對爸爸媽媽來說很不錯😄🙌。絕對最好的屋頂游泳池景色...,我們可以看日出日落! 傑出的明星是Denise & Nevida!他們很棒,爲我們提供了額外的特別住宿。每次我們走進大樓,他們都非常熱情,對我們提出的任何問題或建議都非常有幫助。說實話,我們可以很容易地和他們交談和閒逛。Nevida 原來非常擅長解決 rubik 立方體,我們7歲的兒子立刻喜歡他,甚至他是多麼忙,他花時間教我們的兒子一些超級有用的提示,並鼓勵他繼續練習 rubiks 立方體。繼續做超讚你們!下次我們在Playa😄👍再會

This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow.

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.
