Items missing Replenishment inconsistent You have to ask And the moment you ask, luxury quietly exits the room. --- The Tokyo comparison When you place this next to high-end Tokyo hotels, the difference is brutal: Tokyo runs on systems → invisible excellence La Badira runs on effort → visible strain One feels inevitable. The other feels negotiated. --- Final note This is not a bad hotel. That would be easier. This is a beautiful hotel… carrying a 4-star operational soul while pricing itself like a 5-star philosophy. And that tension? You feel it everywhere.

有自己的海灘，遊玩設施很多，包含兩餐的價格，純純的一個度假酒店。幾個游泳池，海邊也可以有游泳。帶孩子來玩很不錯。

早餐和晚餐的菜色選擇還不錯。我們很高興選擇了半膳套餐。甜點真的很好吃。免費使用室內溫水泳池和按摩浴缸非常棒。我們的臥室有兩間陽台，視野極佳。 飯店內設有自動櫃員機和貨幣兌換處。 附近還有便利商店和餐廳。晚間娛樂活動有點吵。飯店擁有美麗的海濱景色，步行即可抵達海灘，並可無限暢飲。 房間寬敞安靜。可惜的是，床單很髒，我們要求更換，但床單還是起毛球，睡起來很不舒服。枕頭太軟了。飯店的地毯有些破舊，走廊有煙味。我們三次要求熨斗，直到第二天早上才拿到。被告知房間裡額外的瓶裝水需要額外收費。對於短期住宿來說，這家飯店還算可以。

酒店在哈馬馬特的海濱，景色不錯，海水清澈～酒店有些年頭了，但是保養的不錯。在游泳池畔用餐，不錯感覺，價格尚好，兩份主食+兩份飲料共69DT。

酒店人員非常出色。我喜歡他們的專業精神和奉獻精神。特別要注意前台人員,他們以專業精神和善良歡迎我們,並微笑傾聽我們的訴求,並反應性地採取行動。客服經理(海法)也很棒。 房間很乾淨,但傢俱對於5星級酒店來說相當老舊(有些破木質的東西...) 最大的弱點: 1-午餐/晚餐菜單完全相同,我們不得不爲此提出索賠。第二天令人滿意。 2-在寒冷的天氣裏,我們不得不經過一個開放的門區去室內游泳池,這非常不舒服(之後感冒了) 3-預訂了全包,還需要支付健身房的費用?爲什麼?

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

餐廳的工作人員很可愛,提供了優質的服務。食物很好吃,選擇種類繁多,房間打掃也很棒。對我來說唯一的缺點是室內游泳池和健身房設施的開放時間有限。

J’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt.
