如果把這家酒店跟萬隆假日酒店對比的話,我會覺得萬隆更勝一籌…… 房間很小,浴室也很小,可供選擇的食物種類很少,而且位置在巴黎市邊兒上。但是,這家酒店很整潔,乾淨;員工友好,樂於助人(鑒於我們沒什麼語言障礙);雖然食物種類很少,但是還能讓人接受。我建議這家酒店至少要提供素食,或者為顧客提供“清真”食物。這家酒店離市中心也有點遠,但是它離地鐵站和公共汽車站很近,所以對背包客而言很有利。總之我在這裏住的挺愉快,最重要的是雖然這家酒店挨着路邊,但是我晚上睡得很好。

儘管多次要求，房間還是在下午 2:30 才提供。但接待員非常友好和樂於助人。房間雖小但乾淨。床很舒服。令人愉快的床上用品。保險箱入住前沒有經過檢查，必須解鎖後才能使用。手持式淋浴和瀑布式淋浴。後者沒有起作用。淋浴時的水壓非常低。淋浴很滑！早餐很不錯。鮭魚、香腸、起司、優格、水果的好選擇。然而，服務非常慢。你必須永遠等待麵包。大堂有髒椅子。那裡需要重新加工。 1 或 2 個國際電視頻道也不錯。 整體為3，呈上升趨勢。

Problemas no Checkin (quem nos atendeu não sabia falar inglês e não fez o mínimo esforço para tentar falar na sua língua: francês). Apartamento com boas áreas, simples e, não sendo muito completo, tem o básico para cozinhar, comer e dormir. Hotel bem localizado, perto de estações de metro, comboio e paragens de autocarro. Tem supermercados e uma padaria de frente. Reparei que especialmente portas e espaços comuns com alguma falta de limpeza, mas nada de muito relevante. No interior do apartamento, aparentemente limpo, mas quando abri o colchão do sofá (dado a que éramos 5), verifico colchão manchado e todo deformado. Conforme a hora do dia, a água oscila entre quente e frio, o que torna desconfortável durante o banho. Checkout problemático, uma vez que paguei por checkout tardio e no dia, tive de regressar mais cedo ao hotel para recolher as malas porque o recepcionista dizia que não tinha chekout tardio. Quando percebeu o erro, quis devolver o dinheiro, algo que aceitei mas não cumpriu com o combinado. Mais tarde, contactei o hotel, que amavelmente transferiu o valor em causa.

A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again. The hotel was very welcoming and comfortable to stay at, although my French was poor they understood and spoke very good English back to me. It is located in a good area of Paris where there is not too much noise and the underground parking was good. The breakfast was fantastic in the morning and also the spa, swimming pool and gym was good. The shower and rooms were good aswell. Special shout out to Abdullahi and Umaru they were very good receptionists and spoke very good English and told me what was good about Paris, they really made me feel welcome the most. When I come back to Paris I will definitely stay here again , it’s an amazing hotel - C Obi
