物超所值:很棒的工作人員非常樂於助人,位置優越,靠近地鐵站Arroios,帶您在5分鐘內到達中心。WIFI還可以,衛生間很方便,晚上安靜...酒店附近有2家超市,一家有葡萄牙特色菜的咖啡店,酒店對面有一家叫葡萄牙的優秀葡萄牙菜餐廳。在美食的距離大約7分鐘內,有一個令人驚歎的小意大利餐廳,名爲El Giardenitto,美味到max...嘗試Risotto。

Un ottimo albergo con personale altamente qualificato, disponibile e molto cortese. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di spazi la prima notte, fatto presente, la seconda notte ci hanno dato un'altra camera, ma era più piccola della prima, impossibile per due persone. Fatta presente questa cosa, il personale addetto ha fatto di tutto per cambiarci nuovamente la camera. La terza sera, nella parte nuova, New Lisbona Style, avevamo una camera spaziosa, bellissima! L'abbiamo già fatto a voce prima di partire, ma voglio rendere pubblica questa cosa. Grazie, grazie ed ancora grazie di tutto. PS: a Settembre verranno due mie amiche, vi contatterò x prenotare a loro una stanza. Consiglio a tutti questa location! È centrale, bellissima, ha tutti i confort possibili, pulitissima, attrezzatissima, una colazione buona e superabbondante. Susanna e Paolo (Livorno)

Già verso la strada per la struttura ti rendi conto che non è quello che ti aspettavi. Ma è nulla al confronto di quello che vedranno a breve i tuoi occhi. 4 piani di scale senza ascensore, odore nauseabondo per tutte le scale. Facciamo check in un po’ perplesse, arriviamo nella stanza e ci rendiamo conto che è totalmente differente da ciò che veniva mostrato su booking “stanza deluxe”. Puzza di fogna, odore di grotta, infiltrazioni, polvere, pulizia indecente e tanta polvere. Un vero schifo. Abbiamo prese le valigie e siamo andate via! Non è possibile affittare una cosa del genere. La struttura a segnalato a booking il nostro mancato check-in sicuramente ma anche questa è una menzogna come potete vedere dalle foto. Peccato aver buttato i soldi cosi.

I cannot stress how disappointed I am with the Esquina Urban Lodge. Imagine how unhappy we were when we arrived to find reception area with no elevator on the ground floor. You need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the elevator. The lobby was so bleak, we had no place to sit while waiting for a transport later that week. The marketing of the property is beautiful, but clearly does not represent the product that exists. The team of Luana and Evgenia are stars. They bring light to a dark and depressing property. If we only read the Google reviews, we would never have booked the property. Once we arrived, we were in nonrefundable situation, so we stayed. We actually left the property to go to Porto overnight so that we can get away from the room. The room in Porto only highlighted the problems with the facility. The website did not reflect the dreary reception, depressing hallway, and poorly decorated room. We lived through dimly lit hallways, construction noise, an elevator broken one day and the morning we left there was a garbage bag in the reception first thing to greet us as we headed out for our morning coffee.

BEWARE: rats, incompetence and insecurity Let me start by saying: I have been to many hotels, campsites, hostels, etc. throughout Europe, but what happened goes beyond all limits of hygiene, personal safety and common sense. When we returned to the room at 11.30pm we noticed the presence of a RAT. We mentioned this to the staff at reception and they told us that he was doing NOTHING and that he was going home. He contacted his manager who told us to go to another facility. By now it was 00:00 on a Saturday in August, the hotels were either full or the check-ins were closed therefore he literally left us in the middle of the ROAD without worrying about our SAFETY and not answering the telephone provided on Booking. The area is quite SAD, plus the entrance door must always be left open with people of dubious recommendation passing through. Plus the hygiene is overall poor, there is a strong smell coming from the stairs and after what happened they made this the WORST experience of MY LIFE in an accommodation facility. ATTENZIONE: topi, incompetenza e insicurezza Premetto: sono stato in moltissimi hotel, campeggi, ostelli, ecc di tutta Europa, ma quanto successo va oltre ogni limite di igene, sicurezza personale e buonsenso. Rientrati nella stanza alle 23:30 ci accorgiamo della presenza di un RATTO. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al personale in reception e ci ha detto che lui non faceva NIENTE e che se ne sarebbe andato a casa. Ha contattao il suo responsabile che ci ha detto di andarcene in un'altra struttura. Ormai era 00:00 di un sabato di Agosto, gli hotel o erano pieni o i check-in chiusi pertanto ci ha letteralmente lasciato in mezzo alla STRADA senza preoccuparci della nostra SICUREZZA e non rispondendo al telefono fornito su Booking. La zona è abbastanza MALFAMATA, in piu il portone di ingresso va lasciato sempre aperto con passaggio di persone di dubbia raccomandazione. In più l'igene è complessivamente scarsa, c'è forte odore proveniente dalle scale e dopo quanto successo hanno reso questa l'esperienza PEGGIORE DELLA MIA VITA in una struttura ricettiva.

Unfortunately rooms re not that clear but good location and very helpful peoples are working in hotel. I can recommend you here if it’s a short trip.

This was a brilliant place to stay that was great value for money, comfy, and in a really great location just outside the centre of Lisbon. Transport links were plentiful and I have to give 5 stars to our host (I’m so sorry I didn’t manage to catch his name - I believe it might be Pedro??) who was incredibly friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome in the building. He also gave us information about the local area and a few recommendations which was lovely! The only issue we had was dropping our bags off in the morning as check in did not open till 15:00. We were informed we could do this from 10:00 as cleaning staff would be there but when using the buzzer at the front door we got no response. Luckily we managed to get inside via another couple staying in the building. From here a member of the cleaning staff was happy to lock our bags in reception until check in opened. Just a minor thing overall but this process could be a bit better :) thank you for having us!

This was a brilliant place to stay that was great value for money, comfy, and in a really great location just outside the centre of Lisbon. 旅館離火車站很近，按導航過去挺好找的。外麪院子很精美，大堂和公共區域也很美。不過因為是老房子，沒有電梯，住的樓層高的話，要自己扛行李箱上去，在葡萄牙住老房子改的酒店基本都有這問題就是了。我們訂的是套間，有小閣樓，閣樓外麪有小陽台，景觀不錯。早餐是他們自己的咖啡館，和住的不在一起，走過去很近，不到5分鐘。早餐是西式，有麵包、芝士、甜點、水果，一人一杯果汁和咖啡，相當豐盛。

酒店位於山上，周圍風景優美，但是不是自駕游交通不太方便，晚上開車去的酒店，路上指示牌子不醒目，差點找錯了門，有免費停車場。房間衛生不錯，隔音一般，隔壁的電視聽得清晰，一早被啪啪的關門聲吵醒。早餐是基本的歐式風格，不錯，喜歡中餐的人比較困難。服務態度好

This is a perfect little spot for being a few blocks to the center of Sintra, yet a little off as to not get all the noise. The hostess here, Dulce, is a very kind, caring woman. My phone fell into the sink and stopped working. I travel alone and had no information to my next place. Dulce took the time to sit with me, let me use her personal phone and assured me that everything would be okay. She did absolutely everything she could for me. This is the place you want to stay if you are traveling alone and need assistance within daytime hours. Not sure about night but I am confident they would help within their capability. Please note, the houses are very old and you can hear the people above you. There was an elephant staying above me so, PLEASE be aware of the people below when you walk across the room. Or ask for a top floor ~ all stairs. I also wish there was a small fridge in the room. Overall, an excellent place to stay with caring people there to welcome you and bid you farewell. I would highly recommend staying here if not having a fridge isn't an issue.

We fell in love with this hotel when we first visited in 2022, and we returned with my aunt and uncle for now our third stay. As usual, everything was outstanding. Spectacular views, incredibly friendly and warm staff, over the top breakfasts, lovely evening wine and cheese service…. And we were happy to be reunited with our peacock friends! The only problem is that this hotel is too beautiful, too perfect… and no other hotel can compare (my aunt complained bitterly for the rest of our Portugal trip that our subsequent hotels just did not live up to the standard set by Sintra Marmoris Palace!) We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Holstein. The hotel is set in large, expansive grounds, with little hidden paths one can explore. There's even a beautiful peacock who wanders around. The hotel is contained in an old estate and has a bygone sense of charm. Our room was very large and comfortable. The bathrooms (we had two) were very spacious and well appointed. The shower was excellent. The host was very pleasant and available to help and answer questions. They served breakfast at the hotel. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! Nothing to fault! Me and my friends stayed here for my 40th birthday, sharing 2 rooms with an interconnecting door and kitchenette. It was clean, quiet, spacious, nicely decorated, stunning views and just perfect for us all round. The breakfast basket delivered to the room at the time we chose was spot on and helped with our 'lazy' get ups in the mornings. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Perfect and highly recommended place to stay!!
