My friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well! The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details. The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up. Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :)) I didn't get many good photos but here you go!

地理位置很好，離機場走路10-15分鐘，旁邊5分鐘步行內麥當勞肯德基超市都有，南極中心也在旁邊。 住的女生膠囊房床位，乾淨，公共浴室環境也還好，還有個公共空間有廚房，冰箱微波爐鍋碗盤餐具都有公用的，沙發吊牀也可以休息。自己的小床位上有USB和插頭，下方有密碼儲物櫃。 這個價格這個環境滿分了。

Receptionist 非常禮貌同好傾 老闆和家人就住在後面 所以有什麼問題都可以快速處理 有車 路經基督城或簡單住宿一晚 性價比高 非常推薦 但不要預期Motel內裡設施新 Motel始終只是為短暫停留

**舒適住宿，優質服務** 我在**羅斯伍德庭院汽車旅館**度過了愉快的時光。房間寬敞、乾淨，設施齊全，包括舒適的床和小廚房。無線網路穩定可靠，停車也很方便。 工作人員熱情友好，樂於助人，隨時準備滿足我的任何需求。飯店位置也很棒——靠近商店、餐廳，前往市區也很方便。 總而言之，這裡是享受舒適便捷住宿的理想之選。我肯定會再次入住。

【房間】 Haka House的床基本上都是這樣的格局，大家可以參考；設施衞生都可以放心入住； 床頭可以放東西，充電口有USB/typec/三角插； 上下鋪很牢固，床上下輕輕翻身不會受影響； 床下會有大的地方鎖行李箱，但如果箱子太高，不一定放得進去，床邊會有小的櫃子可以鎖零碎東西。 【位置】 就在藝術中心旁邊（空中房子），去哪兒都很方便； 離intercitybus大概12min走路距離； 離購物/market大概8min走路距離。

【標題：性價比雖高，但前台溝通失誤險些導致誤機，需謹慎選擇】 評分：⭐⭐⭐（3/5） ✅ 優點： 1. 位置優越： 離機場非常近，不堵車的情況下打車約7分鐘左右，對趕早班機的旅客來説本應是首選。 2. 房間品質： 雖是汽車旅館，但房間面積寬敞，內部整潔乾淨，裝修環境在同價位中表現不錯。 3. 性價比： 人均200+人民幣，硬件條件對得起這個價格。 ❌ 嚴重槽點（服務致命傷）： 最讓人失望的是前台的服務態度和業務水平。我們原本預訂了凌晨的送機，check-in時被告知4:00滿員，前台建議我們4:30出發。然而，當我們4:30準時到達時，前台卻改口稱我們的預訂是4:00的，導致我們無法乘坐班車。 後續影響： 因為前台的不負責任，我們衹能臨時自行打車。早晨路況不比深夜，打車多花了15分鐘，導致我們6:00的飛機，在5:00值機關閉前最後一分鐘（4:59）才完成託運。這種驚險程度完全是因為酒店內部訊息對不齊造成的。 總結： 雖然事後攜程客服介入並補償了100元，但酒店前台的這種低級失誤和推諉態度令人後怕。建議酒店加強員工培訓，尤其是對早班機預約訊息的記錄務必準確。如果你是必須要趕飛機的旅客，建議多留出宂餘時間或反覆確認，以免重蹈覆轍。

房間乾淨,位置方便,非常靠近Haka House Mt Cook巴士站。酒店老闆親切有禮,本人因天氣問題需要滯留一晚,告知老闆後,他除了幫我們安排多晚住宿更幫我們與Intercity聯絡解決巴士問題,亦給予我們延遲check out房間時間觀,非常感激老闆的協助。酒店有提供少量食物給住客購買,但要留意食物的到期日,因為本人購買一包麵已過期半年。

庫克山的房太難定了，我提前一個月衹能訂到這個青年旅館。房裡是上下鋪住8人，宿舍裏衞生非常乾淨，我第一次住這種上下鋪酒店，讓我挺刮目相看的。因為住的人比較多，進進出出會有一點吵。有免費公共廚房，廚具很齊全，需要自己帶食材和油鹽等調料。洗衣機服務需要另外收費。有免費wifi，晚上10:00後很多人在門外看星星。

房間稍微有點小，但有一個大床 一個小床。我們的房間隔壁就是公共洗衣房，洗衣機使用震動有點厲害。
