A convenient hotel situated next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Regal Airport Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the arrivals hall A to the airport hotel. For some travellers who are on a long layover or on a business trip it is very convenient. If you have a very early departure from HKIA I would also recommend as you wont have the burden of having to wake up early to commute to the airport as you'd just be a walking distance. For those looking to travel into the city its not so convenient as you will need to take the MTR or a bus ride out each time. I'd recommend choosing a hotel in the city or closer to the main attractions

Thanks to all the previous reviews, my check-in was very smooth. I stayed in a single room with one single bed and a sofa. Although the room was small, it was enough for one person. It seems like the double rooms just replace the sofa with another single bed. The hotel staff were excellent and very enthusiastic. I didn't encounter any unpleasant experiences. The facilities aren't particularly new. The bath towels were a bit frayed from washing. The toothpaste was surprisingly hard, like candy, which I wasn't used to. There's no drinking water provided in the room; you have to get it yourself from a designated spot. Hong Kong's environmental efforts are very thorough. It was very convenient to take the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and then from the hotel to Disneyland and Tung Chung. I'd like to suggest to management that drivers announce the stops at each station, or have pre-recorded announcements in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese playing at each stop. Many people got off at the wrong stop on the way back from Tung Chung because the shuttle goes to the Regal Hotel first.

I stayed here over ten years ago, and I remember the room rate was around 2,000, and it's still the same price now. It's impressive how firm the pricing stays, especially the day before an exam. There's a convenient airport shuttle every half hour, and a Tung Chung station shuttle also every half hour, which is great. The lobby and breakfast area used to be very crowded, but they're much better now. The lobby even has plenty of empty seats to wait for people or for your room. The room was clean, and you could see planes taking off and landing on two flight paths from the window. Breakfast was also very extensive. The swimming pool was nice too. Everything was great, except for my room being at the very end of the corridor, which meant a very long walk.

Because we were leaving Hong Kong for good we chose to stay there for 5 nights. There was a problem. Finding the entrance for the driver. We chose to stay on the Executive floor which gave us access to the Executive. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Both the swi.ming pool and the gym were of a good standard. The buffet breakfast could have had a wider choice but the fine dining restaurant and bar were a delight. We would definitely choose to stay there again and really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with excellent service and convenient location. Overall, this hotel gave us a very good experience. They provide free shuttle service to the MTR and also offer airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel very convenient. We were also given a free upgrade to an ocean-view room, which was a nice surprise. Room service was done properly, and the staff here are very polite and helpful. The location is pretty good, not far from Disneyland, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the Ocean Park. The lady at the front desk who started her shift at 1 PM on the 30th was very nice and enthusiastic. However, the lady on the night shift was a bit... well, her service attitude wasn't great. The room facilities are just average, about a three-star standard in mainland China, but given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, it's understandable.

Tung Chung - 2 nights - private double room Expectation/Reality: this is the only provider of accommodation in the area so expectations need to be managed. They have the ability to essentially set terms, so the negative reviews here are likely from the folks who didn’t read the find print. The photos match the space very well. However the hostel reached out over what’s app a number of days before the booking asking for the $150 membership fee and $500 deposit, which I was not comfortable providing until arrival, however the hostel was okay with that. Security: very good, there is a gate lock and a lock to the door, very safe. Hygiene: overall very clean, no concerns. Hospitality: the check in and out process is all over what’s app, so you are at the mercy of how responsive they are which can be frustration when trying to get in. Once you are in, it’s fine. Social Atmosphere: good social spaces. Overall: given they essentially have a monopoly on accommodation in the area. It’s a pretty good spot. I accidentally broke the key and they came and fixed it the next day, but took off $50 from the deposit. So handle the keys gently. Over pretty good place.

This is our second staying here. It is very close to the beach, we really like this area. We really enjoyed our first stay,. On the second stay the first 2 mornings breakfast was served on paper plates with disposable cutlery. We were quite taken a back, it really makes the hotel look cheap and is not a sustainable practice. Considering the last 2 mornings it was a different cook and food was served on normal plates and coffee in coffee cups (which is for more sustainable and better for the environment), it really just seemed like the kitchen staff were to lazy to clean the dishes and that is why paper plates were used. However staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean.

I’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy. Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else. I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. My flight was delayed, so I didn't get to check in until after midnight. The hotel front desk generously upgraded me to a suite, which genuinely moved me. In my decades of staying in hotels in Hong Kong, I have never experienced such wonderful treatment. We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

The location is excellent, right across the street from Tin Hau MTR Station Exit A1, making transportation very convenient. You can even walk to Causeway Bay. Nearby, there's Tin Hau Temple and Victoria Park, and within a one-kilometer radius, there's a great selection of food. The room was clean; although the size can't compare to mainland hotels, it was perfectly adequate for two people. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was no impolite behavior towards guests from the mainland. When I checked in, they even offered to help with my luggage, which was a very comfortable experience.

Took my kids to Hong Kong to watch the Ronaldo Saudi Super Cup final. Saw it opened in '09 and decided to take a gamble on it. Turns out, it completely exceeded my expectations! A veteran five-star hotel truly is in a league of its own. As soon as we walked in, we saw a signed Ronaldo jersey – the atmosphere was incredible! Facilities: Even though it opened in '09, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Environment: No weird smells at all, a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel three months in advance for a family visit in Hong Kong. It's very close to where my relatives live, and for Hong Kong standards, the room size is quite spacious, offering excellent value for money. It's super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Chai Wan MTR Station, and you're at Youth Square. We stayed on the 13th floor; although the hallway felt a bit retro, the building's facilities were great, and the air conditioning was strong. The room was clean, and both the AC and hot water worked perfectly. I particularly liked the sink. The bathroom was small, only big enough for one person; if you're a larger person, even turning around might be a bit tight. I prefer not to have housekeeping, so I kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on for a few days. They offer a complimentary simple breakfast from 8-10 AM. There are plenty of good eateries around, and they're generally cheaper than in the bustling city center. There's a restaurant called Tak Sing Restaurant where you can enjoy dim sum for breakfast. Overall, this hostel offers good value for money.

The receptionist is efficient and fast. The room is quite clean for the price i paid. If you're someone especially solo traveler who travels in budget and just needs a place to sleep, i recommended this hotel. The location is in the center of the city, busses and subway easily accessible on foot, the hotel is on the 3rd floor and lift available. Considering how space is at a premium in Hong Kong, this hotel is pretty decent. Traveling solo, the single room was just right. The room even came with mainland Chinese power outlets. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. It was also easy to find. The location is great for getting around, with the MTR station nearby. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof. Despite that, I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

I'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

Starry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though there were signs of wear and tear. Be aware that they provide daily disposable paper bath towels instead of cloth towels. No hand or face towels provided. I had to ask for hand soap to be provided to us. Hand sink shares the same area with beds. The safe battery was low by the fourth day. Bed linen was great and room keeping services were outstanding. We needed cleanup from an accident and they took care of it promptly for us.

I feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem in Hong Kong. The dorms are extremely well laid out, with plenty of space for the suitcase and personal belongings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

This family hotel is in a great location, just two blocks from Mong Kok Station. There's an elevator. The rooms are small, only 10 square meters, but they have everything you need (private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a fan, and an adapter). Our room didn't have a window, but thankfully, we didn't feel stuffy. The owner is a beautiful woman and very kind. The staff are also very helpful and eager to help with any questions. We arrived early, and the owner even said there were two rooms available for us to choose from. The door requires a code, which is very secure. The value for money is excellent.

A pleasant surprise! There's a lively bar street right downstairs, attracting a fun international crowd. The front desk staff were excellent, explaining everything very clearly. The location is truly central. The bathrooms here are exceptionally spacious. Fantastic value for money! Just a heads-up, they no longer provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.
