The room had giant cockroaches and lizards everyday. It was really hard for me to sleep. The service at the main restaurant horrible.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would happily return. The property is beautiful, we were placed in a lovely room villa surrounded by jungle and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. There are many complimentary activities on offer and the welcome gifts were thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very tasty, with an amazing view of the beach. The staff took good care of us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. For improvement, please consider offering a later checkout option (11:00 AM felt a bit early for us). Also, after the boat shuttle at the pier we were left outside in the sun with all our luggage waiting with no transport to the mainland lobby; clearer coordination or a shaded waiting area there would have made the departure much smoother.

The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. From the front desk to the boat crew, everyone contributes to a smooth and relaxing stay. Shuttle boats to and from the mainland run frequently and are well-organized.

The service was EXCELLENT as always. It was our second time back and we would go there again. Great food, great service and great rooms!
