I had a booking for me and my friend we called after hours check in the lady who we spoke with so mean and didn’t want to check my reservation with the booking number and she looking for my reservation with my full name and she told me I do not have a reservation while I explained to her that we do booked online and already been paid but no one gives a **** about us and we ended up sleeping on the street me and my friend with the frozen 🥶 weather

It wasn’t too great but ok.

Clean, comfortable and good staff/service.

This time I marched to Brisbane and stayed in the hotel lobby. The number of people was qualified, but when I went to the room, I had a big smell. It was like India, full of eggplant flavor. The most distant thing was that it was not supplied, only a thin blanket.  After the second meal, I went back to the shop. It was so strong that I cooked the rice and the smell of oily smoke. It will be continued for an hour. The room is hygienic and the decoration is dilapidated. I have lived in many shops, and this one is one of the best! I will definitely not stay again next time.
