Weird musty smell in the unit. Room is rather rundown and old. Walls are dirty with marks. Shower area has a weird design where it's above floor level but has no door so every time you shower, the floor will get really wet. When we arrived, there was no soap and it only came 6 hours after we asked for some. There was also no hot water and we called and texted the host only to get a short reply after an hour. We couldn't take a shower that first night because the water was freezing. There was no explanation from the host, no apology, not even an update on it having been fixed if we hadn't asked. Asked for a kettle and it came but it was dirty. We didn't bother complaining much to the host because we know it would be pointless seeing how inhospitable they are and the lack of care they show towards the guests' comfort. The only good thing about this place is the location. FYI this is NOT a hotel.

Ingresso nel centro storico vicino a piazza di Spagna posizione eccellente! Palazzo fatiscente ascensore caustrofobico, al primo piano ci sono degli alloggi sequestrati con i sigilli. Al secondo piano il B&B il proprietario non si è presentato da disposizioni con Wazzup. Sporcizia e capelli sono di casa. Via rumorosa e finestre da poco!!! Bagno con soffione rotto!!!

Ho prenotato per due giorni di Pasqua presso il suddetto “hotel” dopo una serie di chiamate per avere la conferma della prenotazione. Ad un mese dal soggiorno vengo contattata dal titolare (un certo sig. Andrea) il quale mi dice che c’era stato un errore e la mia prenotazione avevano dovuto cancellarla per errore di accavallamento con altre prenotazioni. Lasciandomi senza albergo. La verità è che sicuramente avranno venduto il soggiorno ad un prezzo più alto essendo il week di Pasqua. In più mi viene proposta un’alternativa nel rione sopra il Colosseo (ovviamente non accettato) e al mio rifiuto il proprietario mi ha anche preso in giro chiedendomi come mai il Colosseo non fosse alla mia altezza. Se avessi voluto prenotare al Colosseo l’avrei fatto e non sicuramente con loro. Gente molto poco seria e affidabile. Sicuramente si fanno forza del posto ma non fidatevi: da un giorno all’altro vi cancellano la prenotazione!
