Even after negotiating the room change, the hot water supply is sometimes absent. The experience is poor. After negotiating the room change, the service lady informs that you can have unlimited hot spring baths in the room, but the hot spring baths can not provide water. In addition, the public hot spring pools are relatively small. At night, only a large hot spring pool is open. Like the pool, other small ones are not open. Our order was checked in after 2 o'clock, and the result was more than 3 o'clock. The front desk staff said that it was not possible yet. It had to be half an hour. I asked if I would stay after 2 o'clock. You can't hand over the room to me on time, but I have to check out on time the next day?
