The stay was great with a few exceptions. There is room for improvement. In the 4 pm tea. The tea never starts on time time but it stops right 5pm on the dot. The 4pm supervisors need a little more training. And the workers need to be more serious with there work. Bit the rest the areas and are to par. They are a good value to money. The dinner is well executed. The hit 5 star in every meal. Breakfast is all that. I love that part.

This is our second time here we've been hosting breakfast meetings and I genuinely appreciate there services they are consistent in there services their WiFi is really strong .. the audiovisual equipments they have are modern and not troublesome which made our conferences really flow smoothly

Our Bamboo spa visit was fantastic, made even better by Maryanne’s exceptional care. She skillfully managed the kids, keeping them entertained and happy, which allowed us all to fully enjoy the day. Her attentive service truly made the experience memorable.
