WORST STAY EVER!!! Duvet is extreme dirty with disgusting stains! No operator phone is in the room, so I walked all the way down to reception to complain (front desk didn’t show a professional response though). House keeping people came later, not knocking but BANG the door (I reached the door at the 1st BANG no delay at all). Passed me the linen and duvet, BUT still have stain on it! Intolerance for £226 ONE night stay in this “4-Stars” hotel!

給了一層的無障礙房間，門口有停車場。早飯6:00就開始了，還好奇誰會這麼早去吃早飯，第二天一早過去吃的時候發現是老年團，確實起的很早來吃早飯哈哈。酒店附近環境挺好的，入住的時候沒看到電梯還走錯到餐廳那邊了。

酒店在市區外面，從火車站出來還是挺遠的，要走20多分鐘。 酒店是獨立的一幢樓，環境還是挺幽靜的，房間也比較乾淨，有大泳池（需要前台預約），沒有健身房。 餐廳很大，早餐也挺好吃。

從約克火車站出來打車10分鐘到酒店，靠近特里福德塔，附近還有城牆，走到火車博物館半個小時左右，約克是個小鎮，氛圍相對比較愜意，酒店還有泳池，不過需要提前預約。因為家庭出遊，酒店提前準備好了小床給孩子，不錯。衞生間乾濕分離的。

在 Novotel York Centre 的入住經驗非常滿意！住了兩晚，房間寬敞，設施齊全。大堂有小朋友的遊玩設施，前往市中心也很方便。早餐選擇多樣，整體體驗很好。
