During my nine-day stay, I developed acute gastritis on the fourth day after consuming the spoiled and sour chickpeas provided by the hotel. The illness lasted for two days. My request is for a refund of the two additional nights I was forced to stay due to this illness.
However, the hotel manager was extremely slow to respond. The compensation they proposed—offering a dinner to someone with no appetite—was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of genuine care.
The most unacceptable part is that they initially refused to acknowledge the issue with their food. Right after I reported the problem and they inspected the food, they immediately removed the plate from the scene. They used the lack of similar complaints from other guests as an excuse to deny responsibility, This entire experience has been highly disappointing.
