我出門前把我的拍立得放進酒店的密碼保險櫃,中午六點多回來發現保險櫃被打開然後我的拍立得不見了!
當下馬上下樓跟工作人員要求調看監控,結果工作人員跟我説中午有隔壁房的顧客要求打開我們房間的保險櫃。
請問你們酒店不用跟客户確認訊息就能隨便打開住客的房門,隨便打開住客的保險櫃取走住客的東西的嗎?在要打開住客房門的時候不用打電話跟住客確認的嗎?
是不是內部工作人員做的請你們公司好好調查!真心不希望這件事發現在別的住客身上!希望要入住的住客們小心謹慎,最好是不要把貴重的物品留在酒店的保險箱裏。
I had a very unpleasant experience.
Before going out, I put my Instax camera in the hotel’s safety box. When I came back around 6 p.m., I found that the safety box had been opened and my camera was gone!
I immediately went downstairs and asked the staff to check the cctv. However, the staff told me that a guest from the neighboring room had asked to open our room’s safety at noon.
Does your hotel allow staff to open a guest’s room and safety box without verifying the guest’s identity or getting any confirmation from the actual occupant? Shouldn’t you at least call the guest before opening their room or safety box!
This looks very suspicious, and I strongly suspect it could have been done by staff of your hotel. Please conduct a thorough investigation! I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to any other guest. To anyone planning to stay here, please be extra cautious — I strongly advise against don’t leaving any valuables in the hotel safely box!
