We have arrived to this place in 15 of april. Together with 10 more different people, we stood in front of this door, shocked. Neighbors told us that the place has been abandoned for more than 6 months now. I am in the process of filing a complaint to the police. Do not book here.

We were only going to have a room for one night, booked some of the cheapest we could find and the requirement was that there had to be air conditioning in the room. A little disappointing that the shower only provides lukewarm water, bidet and sink provide hot water. The bathroom is very dark but we also saw that in the pictures, from what others have said I suspect that they have not realised that there is an extra switch under a cover inside the bathroom for an extra lamp that is in the ceiling. Otherwise, it's not a standard to brag about, but if you're just using the place to sleep, it's perfectly fine. After a long walk in Florence, this bed was top notch considering that it's so hard that the body was able to stretch out properly. The room is very noisy but bring earplugs and the problem is solved. Gold for budget travellers or for people who are not going to be constantly in the hotel room. The breakfast was so-so. Otherwise, the staff were nice and helpful, told us which places not to go to buy food and ice cream considering the tourist prices. Cheaper prices on the edge of the tourist bubble, we then went over the bridge as recommended. The ice cream was cheaper than at home and that's the only thing I can say because we didn't try ice cream in the centre of town. But at least there was no queue like there is in the city centre and it's nice not to have to. We are a couple who are used to staying in 4-5 star hotels.

Very poor room, terrible ensuite, uncomfortable bed. Bed hard against wall . No safety escape instructions in room. Very noisy room, could hear everything in adjoining rooms and in corridors. Stay somewhere else if at all possible.
