Muy buen recibimiento y la estadía lo mejor

Needed disabled friendly, they are definitely great! Room was very roomy. Gail and others at Front Desk were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The area was safe and had plenty of things around that were convenient.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff very friendly. Could be a little less pricier. Will stay here again

This Hotel was very convenient to stay in before surgery. The beds were comfy, clean and ready for a nice simple stay. The checkin staff was so helpful and attentive. She even helped us keep the same room for another night stay.

Very nice welcoming agent at desk when I checked in. The place was packed with people downstairs in the lobby. Biggest issues: The guest next door was extremely loud Saturday a.m. on the phone and seemed to be the preacher in a remote live evangelical church service. I felt like the entire service was being held in my room. The front desk had no answer and not interested in finding a solution. In my rush to check out and leave the ongoing service next door, I left my expensive phone/watch charger in the room that the housekeeping didn't find.

It was in a convenient location and easy to access. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities. Pretty much everything you could imagine was provided in the room, except for washcloths. Not sure how they missed that. Unfortunately, the room had a glaring flaw. Although obviously set up as a wheelchair accessible room, the shower design was a disaster, resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain had been crudely chopped off (we think maybe to try to address the shower design issue), and was too short. There was missing tile on the bath floor where something had been removed. The hot breakfast was mediocre and bland.

Had a great 3 night stay at Hampton in Owen Crossroads Alabama. Good breakfast, good location, easy access.

Everything appears as expected. Bathroom sink drains extremely slow and was a challenge to clean/wash down after shaving. Other than that it was good

Check in was quick and easy. Vicki is a great ambassador for the company. She was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The overall condition of the hotel needs some attention. The elevators needed mopping and the place could use a new coat of paint. The area is safe with groceries and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Just your basic hotel, it was clean, and the free breakfast wasn’t bad.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The sink faucet was placed weird in the corner of the sink which was awkward. Had issues with the shower faucet too. Was hard to turn on and once on, hard to regulate temperature. It was either cold or too hot. Didn’t try the breakfast since we were visiting family and ate by them. Overall it was convenient and I would stay tthere again.

The property was located in a safe area. The staff upon arriving was exceptional. They were always helpful and courteous. Property was clean.

Toilet ran all night, spider webs , ac did not cool effectively and stains in chairs. I have ask for a refund prior to check out. Staff tells me that since I booked through ******* they can’t help with refund. I will file a complaint with ******* for a refund of $162.00 and stop payment on my credit card.

Had to move twice to other rooms due to plumbing problems. No maintenance personnel on duty to repair broken toilet and tub faucet.
