Shocking customer service!!

Cleanliness was ok - other than all mirrors were extremely streaky. Service - just wasn’t that great, explained that the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv in the bedroom to be told ‘if it’s not working, use your phones personal hotspot’ £100+ for one nights stay & dismissed when asked for help. Did not use any of the amenities. All in all it was ok but maybe next time would book a premier inn etc for half the price & friendlier service.

Does not look like the pictures. Had to be moved rooms due to window seals not working and rooms freezing. Were firstly told to turn heating up to over 30 degrees. After being moved rooms. Lights etc did not work in the new room. Cleaner didn’t turn up to clean the room on the first day. Using spa facilities the pool and hot tub was freezing cold.

Park hall hotel & spa is a beautiful hotel, with the most lovely and kind staff, cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing experience. Huge shoutout to Vinit & Marianne for going above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as it was.

Firstly, the building, what a beautiful property! Picturesque, elegant, and huge!. Upon entry we were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, cosy and clean with the home comfort added. The food was delicious and we cant wait to return

Nice stay as it's been many years since I last stayed. The room was nice only pity fur been a listed building there lift. Only one thing the overall room was clean and tidy pity they not done the same behind TV . The wall was dug out and should be be plastered bk to hide the hole.

Drinks prices in bar are extremely over priced, late check was agreed but then prompted to pay £10 extra each.
