很差,連被子都沒有,第一次住了衹有床單的被罩的酒店,連個插頭都沒有,周圍也沒什麼可以換錢的地方,確實不建議住,也希望平台能多開發一些在貝爾格萊德中央車站的酒店,出門坐車都方便

The worst hotel I've ever seen! The room was very dirty - dusty carpets, terrible bathroom. The air conditioner was not powerful enough and the room felt like a greenhouse. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING! When I arrived, I tried to enter the parking and I was not allowed due to the fact I did not make an explicit reservation which is not listed anywhere. I stopped my car next to a nearby residential building and I had a big scratch from keys on the whole right side of it! It's not a safe location! The elevators are extremely slow and are getting completely blocked during breakfast. We had to walk to the 18th floor in the morning. I'm additionally attaching photos of the line for the breakfast buffet and the door that someone had to open with a crowbar and didn't fix. The breakfast was bad, the ham had a weird smell. The only positive thing was the kind receptionist!

好的一面。高層的風景很好。根據方向的不同,還可以看到夜景。距離貝爾格萊德巴士總站較遠,但如果搭乘附近運行的31路公車,就不會有問題(如果早晚尖峰時間到達的話會很困難)。飯店附近還有一個大型商場,很方便。有一個迷你冰箱。入口處和電梯處設有安全攝影機。 令人失望的一面。 Wi-Fi 可用但不穩定。如果你連續住幾晚,早餐就會變得乏味。 18樓的早餐室視野不錯,但玻璃很髒,看不清楚。整體惡化是明顯的。

It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

Avoid at all costs. We were dumped here by TUI when our flight was diverted to Belgrade rather than ending up at Stansted as planned.. It was awful. I imagine prisons are in better condition. Smelt of cigarettes. Did not feel safe or secure. Bed bugs in the sheets. Just awful. Avoid avoid avoid.

TERRIBLE! The rooms are not like in the pictures, they were smelly and dusty. The staff didn’t even bother to put on sheets on the beds for our arrival. When we came the toilet wasn’t flushed and there was old makeup in the closets. Staff was very uninterested and rude. Terrible experience, surprised how they have a business. Would not recommend to anyone.

In Folge einer Flugverspätung sind wir mit neun Personen in diesem Hotel untergebracht worden. Alle die, die Nudeln vom Abend-Buffet gegessen haben, haben eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Unzumutbar! Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung...

Отель старенький, но очень чистый, вкусная еда, хорошее обслуживание. Рядом небольшой парк, магазины, кафе, остановка транспорта. Вполне отвечает своей стоимости. На ресепшн можно поменять деньги, помогают со всеми вопросами, молодцы.

Hotel lobby gives good impression, but when you come to the room corridor you first see that it is a very old hotel that should be renovated years ago. In the rooms it's even worse, there is about 1cm crack between room door and jamb (no sound insulation). Everything in the room is old and beaten up, carpets are old and very dirty, so are the decorative blankets on the bed. There is AC unit in room (we haven't tried it though) Bathroom was not properly cleaned, shelf above sink was full of dust. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Room service doesn't make the beds. Blankets are not in bedding sets, only covered with sheets. Breakfast buffet was from 31th december to 2nd January exceptionally served between 8 and 11am (don't know the usual hours), which means that at 8am there was a huge line for breakfast. One day they opened up another room because there were no tables left in the first, the other day they did not. On top of that there is only one coffe making machine which works very slow and needs to be refilled very often. Only first time they set the table with placemat, after that they only superficially wipe the table. They do however try very hard, I think they were a bit understaffed because of holidays. Otherwise food selection was very good and always stocked. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Hotel Srbija. I made the booking through *********** from 23/6 check in 01/07 check out. Today 27/6 I had to check out from the hotel. The last five days of my staying no one came to clean my room. The towels started to smell and the sheets were dirty. No one cleaned the floor or threw the rubbish. I understand that the remain three days paid upfront from me under the policy of the *********** are not refundable, but the service is unacceptable. If I stayed probably I would be sick and I am not overdoing it. Conditions are terrible. It is not the remaining money did not returned, I have no expectations and I do not want them back, but there was no sorry from their side. The front manager phone the cleaning lady and she had reply to me that she cleaned the room every day. So thank you Hotel Srbija.

We stayed for 9 nights. Had a good stay in terms of its location n accessibility. Although the staff needs to be more polite n more attention to room cleanliness is required. The front desk was always helpful answering all my queries as a tourist.

It is one of the worst hotel which charged exorbitant rates but the service and facilities are worst to explain...Front office staff is very very arrogant, F&B staff is most inexperienced, housekeeping staff is most lazy...They do not know what is hospitality..never cleans the rooms...talks very arrogantly...it is totally a run down hotel having jombies as staff...Will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel 😖😖😖

The worst accomodation ever! The cleanliness is under the minimum! We booked a room that was full of dust, and there was no wifi in the room. Do not make the same mistake like me. Do not book a room in this miserable hotel.
