The hotel was clean and had a real Alaska feel with the trophies in the lobby. It should be noted this hotel is on a train track. Upon check in they did not have the room type available that I paid for and made no concessions for it even though I had paid more for the type of room I reserved. It was too late at night for me to deal with switching hotels.

Waited over an hour for a shuttle in the - degrees weather because the desk clerk told us 20 minutes but the van driver told her 45. Then we were given a fairly large room but the heat never kicked on. It was warmer in the hallway. Our plane was leaving late, so I asked for an extension and was told I would have to pay a full price rate to stay. Left for a different hotel.

I was told would be 25 minutes to get shuttle to airport 50 minutes later keep in min its a 15 minute trip dry roads so snowing ok double that but over triple it not on any peak time either.. and my room was about 35 degrees couldn't turn up the heat. Average place other than that

They got me adjoining rooms, as I asked for in notes. Bed was mediocre, nothing special, same with room. Pool is freezing, no heat at all. We asked for a 4am shuttle to airport, but they didn’t schedule it. They made it right by paying for 2 cabs to get my family to airport.

It must of been a new takeover for Wyndham. Its not a Wyndham standard. It says there are restaurants on site. There are not! There is a small room for a continental breakast. Toast, cereal, coffe juice, reconstituted scramble eggs, sausage and a waffle maker that stuck. You are a long ways from town, if its summer, wouldnt be too bad a walk, but in winter, i wasnt walking those steep hills in a foot of snow and ice. I tried calling for the shuttle fron rge airport for over 30 min. no answer . Took a cab. But was able to take the shuttle on my return trip, just pre arrange at the front desk. I had a king suite. Its a seperate bedroom/ living area. A kitchenette with 4 burner stovetop, microwave, mini fridge. No cutlery or dishes. I was on the 3rd floor. Above the lobby. Vaulted ceilings. Basic overlook was decent. Then upon a closer look. Its years beyond needed an upgrade. Bath tiles are old, chipped and grout is falling out. I think they must be having a laundry shortage. 3 large towers, one handtowel, 1 washcloth. I asked for an extra blanket and was given that top sheet cover for a duvet. Asked for extra handtowels, never got them in my 4 nights. And had to go to the lobby for a roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, but i get the feeling there is more behind the scenes.

很喜歡我的住宿。非常安靜和放鬆，工作人員很友好，不遺餘力地幫助我滿足我的需要。甚至多次在沒有通知的情況下與我們合作延長我們的住宿時間，並為我們制定了一些規則，我們玩得很開心，絕對會盡快返回並告訴我們所有的朋友和家人等。謝謝

Room carpeting was dirty and tile had hairs on it. Bathroom tiny, worn, and strictly budget, with broken tile and a heavily worn fiberglass shower stall. Furniture in the room was heavily worn. The halls were noisy with children late into the evening. From upstairs, the sound of a couple in bed, with a creaking bed frame, was clearly audible. I didn't use the pool, but I could see the water was cloudy. When I requested an early check-out, I got a run around from ******* and the hotel. Although I had reserved with maximum flexibility, I was penalized a full additional night after giving notice the previous evening. I would never recommend this property and I will no longer reserve hotel rooms through *******.

We had a snow storm. My rental car was stuck. The plow driver that was attending the lot had a breakdown. He made sure to get me dug out by hand. Staff had obviously told him that I needed him and he went the extra Everything about staff and hotel was great. The location and view beside ship creek is quite nice, too.

There were people working on the roof over or by our room #325. Noisy, not able to rest. The 2 lamps in the bedroom did not work properly. One lamp had a broken switch, so was unable to turn it on. The other lamp turned on, but would not turn off. We unplugged it from the wall. Staff was very friendly. Smiles and helpful. The room or suite was clean and larger than we had expected.

We paid for the hotel for our 19 year old daughter who has never been in any trouble but was stranded trying to get to her cardiac appointment and couldn't reschefule it because of the wait but couldn't make it due to a snow storm and she was denied the stay that we paid for because she was not 21. No refund no stay, terrible P.R. for *******.
