It was good the hotel was nice, happy hour was amazing, staff was nice. Pool was VERY cold! I couldn't even get in it was to cold. My older 3 kids didnt seem to mind it after being in it for a minute but my other 2 wanted no part in it. If they got a pool heater it would have been better

Very nice higher end hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good common areas for family to gather. Nice to get two complimentary drinks each evening. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of items. You could even have a cooked to order omelet. Would definitely stay again.

The included breakfast made to order omelets are really good. The rest of the buffet style breakfast offerings are good but never seem freshly prepared.

I went to this hotel when I was a child, and I’d dreamed of going back one day. The visit was greater than I could have imagined.

10/10 breakfast and complimentary drinks on the first night with snacks at the bar. I will stay there again.

Check in process was easy the young ladies at the desk was super nice rooms were clean and my kids enjoyed the pool

Family is in WI so when we come up there we always stay at this Embassy Suites. Beds are always so comfortable, fabulous breakfast, and the free afternoon cocktail hour make a stay in a hotel very pleasant! It’s located just off the interstate with lots of restaurants and shopping, which makes everything so convenient. Have never had a problem with noise and the staff have always been pleasant!

Was a great stay for new year weekend. Matt, Jossue, and Alex at the bar were great. Highly recommend.

My stay was great with the exception of not being able to locate a luggage cart and the lack of staff assistance to locate a cart.

Stay was good. Room did have a stain on the carpet but did not hamper using the room. Some towels did smell bad but they organized for us to get new towels. Food and bar great as usual.

I've stayed here multiple times. Love the breakfast and the cocktail hour is great! The staff are helpful and very nice. The only item is that they don't do the rooms during your stay. I wish they would return to doing the rooms every other day. At least for the sake of garbage pickup.

The breakfast was okay, it was hot food available but the exact same breakfast everyday. Cook to order omelette was a good option. Deposit is 50 per night which I think is excessive to be held. Bed was terrible, my whole body is sore. It’s a okay hotel but definitely in need of some updates. The rooms are suites which is nice, but the refrigerator is extra small. This is definitely something that needs to change. Couldn’t fit any of my food in there. Barely had room for bottled water.

Your staf did an excellent job. Your Night auditer Joy is an absolute joy. The facility was clean and accessible. Thanks for providing my family a 10 out of 10 vacation experience! Sincerely the Hernandez family

Loved the extra space in our room. The front living room area and the back room with the two Queen beds was perfect!
