希爾頓頭島紅屋頂旅館的評論

Cleanliness and the condition of washroom was poor.

工作人員都非常友好，但我的房間在預訂後幾個小時之前都沒有毛巾或衛生紙..但位置很好，游泳池很乾淨，如果他們能吃點早餐那就太好了2..很抱歉紅色屋頂

酒店從外面看起來不錯。但房間裡的暖氣不起作用，浴缸裡的溢流排水管幾乎生鏽了。沒有冰箱。浴室很小。我們在那裡待了3個小時後離開，住在島上的另一家旅館。我們永遠不會去另一家紅屋頂酒店，並且會告訴我們認識的每個人永遠不要去紅屋頂酒店。

一開始房間裡有可怕的霉味。然後意識到暖氣系統不工作。浴缸裡的溢流排水管幾乎完全生鏽了。浴室排氣扇聲音很大。他們為我們提供了另一個房間，但那個房間也沒有暖氣。因此，我們在那裡待了 2 小時後離開了酒店，並找到了另一個住宿地點。 我們永遠不會住在任何紅屋頂旅館。

房間很噁心。地板上有蜘蛛，浴室很髒，床很髒，聞起來像尿液和霉味。根本不想洗澡，不想睡床上，但又太累了。第二天晚上試圖退款但遭到拒絕，所以我只是稱其為損失並沒有返回。去了其他地方一家漂亮乾淨的飯店。永遠不會再嘗試在那裡重新預訂。

房間裡的床單上有一根長髮……不是我的。房間聞起來像霉味，非常糟糕。工作人員很好而且樂於助人。

你不能辦理入住，我在周日凌晨 4 點前到達，他們沒有給我已經付款的房間，因為他們的系統關閉了，我必須等到早上 6 點才重新啟動，所以我不得不走了回到我家，這次他們對我很不好，沒有為我提供我所期望的服務

這是我第二次入住希爾頓黑德島紅屋頂飯店，上次是五、六年前。再說一遍，前台工作人員很棒。場地很乾淨。房間有點過時，有一些明顯的修補，還有一些磨損，但沒有什麼能阻止我再次預訂那裡。我特別欣賞它對寵物友好，因為我的狗和我一起旅行。她也度過了愉快的時光。

I did not have anything to say about the hotel really, the blonde woman at the counter was very good to us but otherwise the stay was best put as average. Couldve used better TV channels.

Lady that checked us in the first night was great! Then the next two times I visited the lobby for something (key quit working, and to check out) the woman in the lobby was not friendly at all. Barely spoke to us and glared when we asked for a receipt etc. I also noticed when I got home that I have bug bites on my back. (and my other activities while there were inside, not a place I would get bug bites!)

******* had a refri/micro in the room. But the room didn't come with that, so I had to pay an upcharge. ******* should pay for that. Because your pictures show a refri/micro in the room. The room needs some nice chairs to sit in and not have to be sitting on the bed all the time. Not comfortable. I don't know if it was the bed or me/us. Neither of us sleep well the entire time we were there.

The first room we checked into, someone else was already in. Went back to the office, she apologized, gave mus a different room. It was musty and the sheets were damp. The ac filter was dirty. Couldn't stay. We left and she refunded me our hotel costs.

The receptionist is/was the most unfriendly, unhelpful person I ever "met" in a hotel. The hotel is a non-smoker hotel/motel, CLEARLY not. The door to the bathroom did not close. There was only 1 towel in the room.

The TV remote wouldn't work and it took quite awhile to get that resolved. The phone didn't work, was reported but never resolved. The bathroom door couldn't be closed all the way because it stuck at the top and had to be opened from the outside. The shower head sprayed water out the sides and needed replacement.
