Everything Dirty, Nasty, too late to change hotels, changed room, breakfast food stale and old, wet stain on bed sheets

The breakfast was very good and beyond our expectations. It was very clean and updated and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was in very good condition, with a couple of minor issues. One inconvenience was that only one of their two elevators was working while we were there. It was pretty busy so the elevator was in high demand and taking longer. It was not an issue for us as the stairs were easy to use. Also, the door frame of our room had a rather large gap enabling light and noise from the hallway in. It wasn't a problem for us, but not ideal.

Fast check-in/out, friendly staff. Bedsheets/pillows smelled like sweat not clean. Room smelled dirty.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had poor ventilation and was freezing unless the door was propped open so the room heating could circulate. It appeared to be a Handicap room. There was no closet or coat hook to hang our winter coats. Other than that, the room was fine.

1. Upon checking in, we were told that we would have to pay for parking if we were not BonVoy members. Is that what “parking available” means? I was told that I could sign up for membership on the spot. I am a BonVoy member – have been for several years, so I was not charged for parking. I thought that this policy was not clearly stated in the ******* listing. 2. We entered the room. The coffeemaker had only one single-cup coffee packet. The bathroom counter was covered with dust. 3. The first morning we went down to breakfast. The coffee dispenser in the lobby was completely empty. We waited 20 minutes for more coffee to be made. 4. The first morning I took a shower. The sliding-glass door has been removed from the walk-in shower, and a shower curtain hangs in its place. The shower curtain is not long enough to prevent water from getting onto the floor. After showering, I stepped out of the shower into a puddle of water. I got on my hands and knees and mopped up the water, using most of the available towels in the process. I told the clerk about the incident as we left the hotel that morning. When we returned that evening, the wet towels were still on the bathroom floor. 5. The second morning we went down to breakfast. Again, the coffee dispenser in the lobby was completely empty. 6. We have stayed at this Fairfield Inn in the years before the remodeling. We miss the well-established basic services that kept us coming back.

Check in very easy and staff friendly. Take your time in the parking lot since it weaves around the Uno's pizza place. Nice location!

When we first arrived to the property it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk and help us check in after yelling “hello” and knocking on the staff door. A woman worker came from a different location with a man behind her. There was very limited breakfast.

Folks were very friendly, funny, nice, helpful. Easy in and out. Coffee was (surprisingly- no offense) really good! I’m a bit hard to please in the coffee dept.

Nice location, room were nice. The check in process was pretty long. breakfast was good but ran out of a lot of the food

Accommodations were nice. I was a little put off by the $12 parking charges per day.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had some issue with air conditioner and they came right up and fixed it. Everyone was friendly. Conveniently located to every where I need to go.

Check in hospitality, room cleanliness, very good breakfast and walk in shower was very modern and easy to use.

Terrible customer service! I asked for towels and it took three tries. I was forced to go to the front desk to get it. Also, the room does not get cleaned until the third day. I was also charged parking when I did not have a car. I will not recommend this hotel.
