No complaints for a short stay with the affordable price offered.

This hotel is in good location and can get Nasi Kansas in walking distance. 7-Eleven and 99 Speed Mart just nearby only. I will come to stay this hotel again.

Pros: Location (near to convenience shops: 99 & 7-11), many parking spaces, standard water pressure (shower, tap, WC), standard amenities, drinking water dispenser is available at the floor's corridor, air-con is functioning well (cold), 2 pillows for each bed/ person. Cons: WiFi speed (slow & unstable), limited TV channels (only TV1, TV2 & TV3), the room is clean (a bit old & torn, old stains can be seen), small room.

The room and bathroom are clean and good. Very spacious room too. However, the air-con filter needs to be cleaned as the blowing air is not very strong.

Need to bring you own bottle, due don't have water bottles. Just put water dispenser.. please double check before entry your room.. huhu..

I love the ambience and location , can shop for Yee Hup bakery just nearby the hotel, Ipoh famous bakery

No value for money. Why not provide a mini fridge in the room? Tv channels are also limited. I'm not going to stay in this property throughout the country. The best part is, the hotel imposed a late check out fee of RM47 when I checked out at 12:45pm. Hello, I'm also a hotelier, can't you be lenient a bit? After complaining then only the receptionist allowed no charges. Bye to Roof Top hotel group!
