Todo es un fraude, las canas cochinas, todas aguadas , las toallas todas nejas , deberían de cobrarte cuñado haces check in y resulta que ellos lo hacen aunque o hayas llegado al hotel , pésimo servicio .un ASCO!!!!!

Arrived to find hotel under renovation per manager on site. Note that reservation was made in July. No breakfast available. Room was ungraded to king suite since hotel did not have 2 queens Also reduction in price. Managers very nice and if you remain calm they will work with you. Room with uneven plank floors. Stained bedsheets and no blanket. Mismatched towels with no wash clothes and only one hand towel. Shower curtain literally held up with one sticking out nail. Towel rack missing screw snd the remaining screw very loose. Back of bathroom door looked like a raptor racked it. Recommend going someplace else if you can. Several hotels nearby. We arrived late and were tired do we stuck it out.

If you are looking for rude front desk help, terrible "free" breakfasts, sticky floors, leaky ceilings and uncomfortable beds... this is the place for you. We are from Denver and wanted to do a quick family get away, but we needed a pet friendly place as we wanted to bring our 2 small dogs. Sadly, I failed to read prior reviews and selected this place. The ONLY perk was being able to check in early. But this place is skuzzy...and I would NEVER stay here again. In addition to wanting a pet-friendly place we OBVIOUSLY wanted a place with a pool... well this one has a 3 foot deep one, "closed for repairs" (yeah right! let me know if it EVER opens)... right then, we should have left... sadly, we stuck it out... The first night, using the elevator, we noticed how sticky the floor was...not to mention the funky smell inside the elevator. From then on, we tried to use the stairs, but the fire hydrant thingy in the ceiling starting dripping water.... when we notified the **** at the front, he said "ok"... like its normal to have that thing leak... Once we checked in, we immediately noticed the gross stain on the blanket on the first bed, as well as the claw marks on the bathroom door...which had a weird, timer light that NEVER turned off...so we had to shut the door when we were sleeping. Another weird thing is that breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 but they run out before 8 and dont restock. But I guess youre not missing out because all they had was fake frosted flake cereal, and runny, gross batter for waffles and that was it. When we went to eat at 7:30, there were no spoons for cereal and the man glaring at the front barked that he would get some "in a minute" which was no help, as the soggy cereal was now inedible. When we went for juice and noticed it was empty, we asked if we could get some, and the same rude attendant said "there wouldnt be any more"... (with 2 hours left in their breakfast service, it seems strange to not provide some replacement). On the second morning, we were going to the Garden of the Gods from the hotel and brought down our sunblock, as we were leaving after "breakfast"... we set it to the side and the SAME a$$-hat worker, threw it away without the basic curtsey of asking us (THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE ROOM) if the sunblock was ours. (like, sir.... learn customer service if you work at a hotel) Now, back to the funky room...The towel in the bathroom had nasty, black and brown stains on it, they didnt provide shampoo, the trash was never emptied, and the TV was literally, 15 inches (like... i actually had no idea they made TVs that small). The overall experience was Gwad Awful and you should ONLY come to this place if your dying wish is to visit the grossest place in Colorado (Springs)... but probably grossest, anywhere. You will NOT be disappointed. 🤢

Rooms where clean. Employees where very friendly and helpful!! Bed slept great would stay agian! And I would recommend to anyone. Had a great stay and the room price was extremely fair. Even had a pool when most don't

I booked 3 nights for a business trip for my employee. After he checked in and was headed to the room is was fumigated with the smell of ****** Throughout the hallway and elevator. There were people living in a camper onsite which is illegal. The room was filthy, broken and hanging down bathroom light fixture. The Days Inn by Windham refused to refund the next 2 days I booked. Completely unacceptable on any level. The lack of professionalism is not what I’ve ever received from any Wyndham hotel. Not to mention the time it takes to share my experience to save others from having the same experience.

Room was disgusting! Blood on pillowcases and room obviously not cleaned. The faucet handle was not even attached. They refused any refund because I had booked through a third party service. We didn’t even stay the night. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen!

Dirty room, carpet smell really bad Roaches all de room, Noise all the time, police have to arrive to the property, tv doesn’t work, lamps broken, coffee maker with no coffee, just cups with no lids … overall WORST EXPERIENCE Mean stuff

Jami was super helpful and truly the reason we chose to stay here. On top of a great room!!! Clean and helpful. Worked with us on our stay and how the amount of time we had to stay because it changed from our normal set time to additional days.

Average room that needs updating. The staff was good and making the reservations was average. The breakfast was average with the coffee being below average. The rooms are below average with some updating needed. Several hotels around this area have been updated and make a much better stay when compared with the Days Inn.

The worst Wyndham hotel I have ever stayed at. Here are the problems in no particular order. The pool was "being renovated." There were extra mattresses and furniture stored in the pool room. The lobby was smelly and dirty. The light as you entered our room did not work. The floors were dirty. The toilet paper was very thin. The water pressure in the tub was very low. It would have taken hours to fill the tub. There was no stopper for the sink. The sink started backing up and filling after several seconds of running. All the towels except one had stains. The bedspreads had stains and what looked like cigarette burn holes. The fire/smoke alarm was covered with a plastic sack. The safe in the room did not work. There was 1 hand towel and 1 wash rag, and they were both thin and rough. There was standing water in the ice bucket. There was only one roll of toilet paper and housekeeping never came by to check on anything. We told the front desk about some of these problems. They said they were sorry - nothing changed. Stay away!

This is one of three adjacent Wyndham properties, and this Days Inn is the worst of them. I encountered a major security and safety issue when checking into this Days Inn property. Don't let the fresh exterior facade fool you. The room felt like a crime scene. To start, the door lock was broken and the light switch next to the door didn’t work to turn on lights. Then, there were missing outlet covers with exposed wires. And, the bathroom door was complete gone. The bathtub was cracked and damaged with black mold showing through. Lastly, the air conditioning unit was covered in mold, missing the protective cover and also was non-functional luckily. When I reported this to the front desk, they weren’t even surprised. Not that it really mattered, but the pool was also closed. I called Wyndham customer support for assistance to get a replacement property, but they refused to help me stating that these hotels are independently owned and operated. I wonder why the Wyndham name is on the outside?

I don’t recommend this hotel, service was horrible, room was disgusting, our key cards didn’t work, staff was rude, I didn’t see breakfast in the kitchen area, the hotel had a weird smell, I would never stay there again

Do not recommend. Under remodel. Poor customer service. Breakfast lacking. Bed was comfortable. Don’t know if air conditioner worked as the windows were open and it was comfortable. Considering other things I would venture to say it didn’t. No internet.

Staff was cool! Room was good for staying there durning nights. Only issue was with having to reassign my key card every night after getting back for the day. Other than that it was pretty good clean and nice
